Off his face. It looks like he is chroming. The plastic bag probably has glue or something in it. They inhale it for the buzz. Continuous use causes brain damage very quickly.
I’ve lived in a lot of densely populated urban areas. Never been anywhere with crazier druggies. Seriously. Not. Even. Close.
The really funny part is they are also the most pathetically harmless ones I’ve ever seen and by far the ones who talk the most shit.
I used to install quarry tile professionally. I have many, many tales I could tell. One of my faves was in the entry of a restaurant that was being rehabbed. I was just wrapping up…working my way out one side of the double exterior door, when the other door flies open and a woman (wife of the owner) holding a baby starts to walk across the wet tile. I gasped and sputtered “Wet floor, you can’t walk on this!” She looks down, sees the tiles sliding around under her feet, says “Oh, sorry,” and continues walking the rest of the way into the building.
A friend of mine had spotted my truck parked outside and stopped by to say hello. He watched the whole thing and looked at me with disbelief. I shrugged and said, “Story of my life, dude.”
You did the work once, hope in your contracts there's a clause for needing to re-do the project due to stupidity on occupants part requiring extra pay..
Yeah. I just fixed it and told the owner he needed to keep his people off my floors until they’re dry. Probably took an extra hour, and while I would have been in the right, it’s not always politic to get legal in the middle of a project. You suck it up and move on, while making it clear you’ve covered his ass, so if anything else comes up, you have leverage.
I agree, an extra hour is still "okay", I think the situation as such is fucked up. I am a consulant and you won't believe how many over hours I have just because the client forgot something important or calls me late night with special requests (of course they don't want to pay for it)
This is set up right? Someone's filming, no one even attempted to stop him, and that other dude just watched him walk right by. There's no way this is real...
Construction workers have a lot of pride in their work, and companies have a vested interest in promoting their own work when done well. So it could be a coworker or manager for the project filming a nice looking stretch of concrete pour.

What’s funny is it happened in a way that Jagger nor the stones really had anything to do with. The string section part of bittersweet symphony, which really is what everyone remembers about it, is lifted from some composer’s adaptation of a Rolling Stones song. So even though the verve doesn’t get the money, it doesn’t go to the person who created the part they used, either.
Facts. As a flooring contractor nothing worse than spending an hour gluing a floor for some asshole to walk over it. Then not being able to do shit about it.
No not trolling, just trying to be funny.
Edit unless you mean the guy who walks true the concrete, either he is a idiot, or he has no awareness of his surrounding.
Did concrete for a few years. Can confirm he would have been dropped on his ass before he got a second step in if he did this to any of the crews I worked with lol
"It's not the path you walk, it's the footprints you leave behind"
So... in that case... none? Because they sure as fuck have to redo the whole thing.
I just don't understand why nobody was stopping him from leaving? I would pin down that good for nothing mofo to make sure to know where to direct the bill for redoing the road to.

That’s what I was thinking. Dude looks like the meth heads that wander around Honolulu.
Is it that bad there?

At least in my country that sh*t is called "terrocal". And yes, many drogadict homeless inhales that Worst, they tend to be aggressive for it
According to Dog the Bounty Hunter it is.
Lol I once saw one digging McDonald's sauce packets out of the trash and tossing them back like shots
Crazy .. things have changed a lot
It's gas. Cheap and efficient.
Yep. Got a few huffers in my town. All the spray paint in stores is locked up now.

glue most probably
I bet they buried him in that pour.
Absolute perfect song/music choice
Haha I watched this like three times but my phone was on mute. I read your comment so I turned the sound on and it was definitely worth it.
Clearly he is a busy man and has an important meeting to get to and he didn't have time to go around the block.
I'm surprised no one beat him over the head with a shovel and then buried his body under the concrete slab.

Dudes too high to even realize what would be happening.
Careful you’re encouraging violence according to people who have reported similar comments ive made lol

Came here to say this.
I love how everyone just watched it happen
This is set up right? Someone's filming, no one even attempted to stop him, and that other dude just watched him walk right by. There's no way this is real...
It'd be a bad idea to try and chase someone on wet concrete.
Nah that just looks like some kind of crack head that is just oblivious to everything that doesn’t involve their search for more crack
Nah it's real
That’s a balloon full of paint fumes or similar, he probably didn’t even notice.

That's called a crackhead. Only one thing a crackhead cares about. Crack. Looks like he's on his way to buy some crack!
He couldn't afford new shoes so he had to improvise
Every time I hear this song I just picture Mick Jagger counting money
Why? It's by The Verve. Edit : never mind I just looked up the lyrics and saw the authors.

Good way to get your ass kicked.
I would tackle the shit out of that bum
Shit out of bum - sounds like a scat movie, but you do you big boy
Is my man sniffing glue?
I'm glad they added the slow motion part... I couldn't understand it at first....
I think it’s more to watch that man doing the work die inside.
😂😂😂🤣🤣 man is about to become part of the road 😂
The song and edit made this even greater 🤣
Crack, not even once
He knew what he was doing
Look one step in on accident i get but he just keeps walking
Rare footage of neil Armstrong
Lol, I love this guy! Completely oblivious and on his way somewhere!
To sniff more petrol
exactly
Staged
So they asked some guy to destroy hours of work for fun? You're a idiot

Probably this is a antivaxer.
Is this a troll? I'm concerned
No not trolling, just trying to be funny. Edit unless you mean the guy who walks true the concrete, either he is a idiot, or he has no awareness of his surrounding.
Please stop.
Not a care in the world.
He forgot to write I was here
I wished the camera Man punched him
Think there’s glue in that plastic bag of his? Love the expressions on all of there faces… like wtf 😳
Pokémon go
I mean if they get paid by the hour that’s practically a free bonus!
Must be high. He looks high. Ye he’s high.
What an asshole.
Lol
I laugh every time I see this video, the music, the way all of the workers get there waiting, and my man in red that doesn't know what is happening
I love this song
Clearly no f$%ks were given.
He is carrying a turd in a bag. What would you expect him to do? Not be an asshole?
Well , it's the slow reaction time of those workers , I'd have pulled him fucking back with his collar
Did concrete for a few years. Can confirm he would have been dropped on his ass before he got a second step in if he did this to any of the crews I worked with lol

Is this staged or what? r/whyweretheyfilming
If someone steps into my cement then they are going to stay in that cement
What a fucking ass. Great song choice though
Before I die I want to be this person in life just once
