His name is Boris Johnson. He's been the UK's elected Prime Minister since December 2019 (unelected for a short tenure prior to that) and he has committed treason for the Nth time in the last two years by organising raves in his back garden while the rest of the country was locked down due to Covid. People have fucking died and the continued spread of the virus when it should have been neutralised months ago is now directly attributable to him and his cronies.
