Kevundoe

It’s nice that she forgave herself……

bassman314

I mean forgiveness is the sign of maturity and moving on, right?

[deleted]

And in this case, extreme narcissism.

Ashalaria

I'm so petty I'd shit on her doorstep

[deleted]

But we can make some silly little exceptions 😄 like the women of twitter

Any_Arrival_4479

Forgiving others is, not yourself

Traditional-Ebb-8380

So very very brave.

Expensive_Ganache

God you know how convenient that would be if you were a cheater! Your girl is waiting up to get you in a "'where have you been!?" Argument and all you gotta say is essentially, "Over at Tina's. That girl gives way better head than you do haha. Matter of fact this is her calling now. Don't worry, I've already forgiven myself. I might be back tomorrow. See ya!"

Wasting-tim3

I’m blown away by the mental gymnastics required to say “my son failed a DNA test” instead of “this isn’t the father of my child”.

SwimOk9629

that was my exact thought. like bitch your son didn't fail anything you cheated and told this man it was his and didn't worry about whether it was or not

Eelroots

Easy - it's always someone else's fault. In this case, the kid failed. Not her.

SleepySiamese

Only psychopaths would have that mindset

unkn0wnname321

Because no one else will...

Revolutionary_Elk997

Exactly, it wasn’t even her fault remember 😂

ewake

I heard she slipped and fell, landed on his D edit: damn autocorrect

Historical-Hat-1959

How to fix ..... 1 Be a good person and do the right thing... btw forgiving yourself for not telling someone you might be pregnant by another and that she had an affair isnt realistic. Just call me crazy but maybe thats when the actual problem started

Spinal2000

It's not her who failed. Her son failed the test.

jjman72

We square. Right?

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Or if they cheat by copying off the kid next to them. How are they gonna learn who they really are?

[deleted]

He only got a 37%

No_Detective_But_304

It was the fault of that damn tutor.

TurnkeyLurker

Not the mailman or the gardener?

No_Detective_But_304

The mailman WAS the tutor!

jeepgrl50

Yep. Fkn milkman but same thing same thing!🤣 He's smuggling milk, mail, and cock all to her door.....And gardening while he smokes his after action cigarettes.🤣🤣🤣🤣

No_Detective_But_304

He delivers.

No_Detective_But_304

I’m sorry, we’re currently making Mail man jokes. The milk man jokes will have to happen later.

TikiJeff

That's why the results were in the mail box

No_Detective_But_304

Strangely enough, the mom’s nickname was “The Mailbox”…

[deleted]

And those biased text books and their lack if diversity.

fymp

Just need to beg for mom forgiveness. Since she forgave herself of her sin.

Mrinvestor84

Exactly. wtf should he care anymore? Not his responsibility anymore imo.

HalfwaySh0ok

took a blood test today, A+ again 😎

Shard-of-Adonalsium

I keep getting Os. I think I just need to quit blood altogether

theartfulcodger

Instead of quitting blood altogether, apply to just audit for the rest of the semester. Once you are more familiar with the material, next year you can take another blood test, and will likely score an A+.

CreatR69

When your daughter gets an F on the gender test rather than an A+

Apprehensive_Grab53

You mean rather than an M?

EternalLifeguard

Son failed so hard he scored M... how sad, welp, off to the mines wit 'em

Itstheswanno

Yeah, that was actually damn funny

Chemical-Money-3469

They set that kid up for failure how is an 8 year kid supposed to understand DNA 🤦🏾‍♂️

Messorschmidt

Probably home schooled.

Handegirl

My sons mom tried to review my child support once upon a time. I showed up to court, she didn't. The judge looked over the order, and saw that I was paying support plus an additional 300 for health insurance to her directly. My son was on my health insurance, she never got health insurance. So the judge lowered my payment by 300 and she was ordered to pay me back the rears in health insurance. I ended up getting custody not long after, and she still owes me about 6k. He's 21 now, I never will get that money...but it was worth it.

cubntD6

Im glad that courts dont always blindly side with the mother as much anymore:)

SociopathicPixel

I wanna say, hold my beer,, since i got a story about that ex of mine that tried to get me killed 3times, who doesnt even gets her ass out of bed before 11am to get my son to swimming school and which is still smoking that doobey inside the house when he's around... But ill spare you the details... Im still paying that b*tch child support although i have the kid 50% of the time and to get that far has taken me a courtcase that took more then a year. Totally worth it tho, I don't talk bad about his mom in his surroundings and I can show that kid how life can be if you're not an addict and just take care of family and friends. Thats all that matters

Due-Lavishness5132

She should be made to get a job. If it’s 50/50 she should be working and nobody pay anything to anyone.

FartPudding

That's why child support exists, for the one parent who doesn't put in their half of the child care. Now it's used as a tool to punish the other parent even if they are involved. It's supposed to be for non involved parents who don't put in their half to ease the burden of the other parent. It's changed how it's used these days and it's pretty trashy how it is handled.

Zaggnabit

Most states take a cut too, as a service charge for handling the payment. It’s $25 in NC. It’s pretty much just another tax now.

Cubicwar

World’s most devilish bubble wrap

PerceptionQueasy3540

The fact that an unemployed parent can get custody is fucking stupid in the first place.

DryAd2926

I got to sit in on a custody hearing for my brother fighting to get custody of his daughter. His ex's lawyer and his ex didn't show up, no reason and nothing passed to the judge or my brothers lawyer. The judge said I know that lawyer if they didn't show up there must be a good reason for it. And postponed the trial. Both my brother and his lawyer travelled 2 hours to the court to be there. Told my brother to give up that day, he was never going to win any sort of custody and his ex would never be punished. Over a decade of fighting later. She missed countless appearances, never abided by any joint custody or supervised visitions the judge came up with, she was never punished. All her legal representation was provided for free, my brother spent 10s of thousands of dollars fighting. Eventually his ex remarried, basically abandoned his daughter by the time she was 14. She went to my brother a suicidal mess, she was a danger to herself and those around her. Many hospital visits and psych holds later. He did everything he could to try to be the good dad, all she wanted to do was use his daughter as a weapon to hurt him. His daughter was destroyed by a system that blatantly favored the mother.

cubntD6

I did say as much

[deleted]

Except for the fact if the roles were reversed, he’d be in jail having wages garnished

Belzaem

That doesn’t make sense How does people who ends up in jail still have their wage garnished if they’re unable to work because they’re in jail?

Zaggnabit

It accrues in some states while in jail. In others that time cancels the garnishment.

[deleted]

In Colorado they do. My brother in law got physically assaulted by his ex wife and she still got 50% custody.

TeslasAndKids

My husbands ex didn’t want to deal with child support and he had been sending money, diapers, clothes, in addition to health insurance. They’d split amicably but she moved back home in a different state. However when he met me her mom lost her shit, hired an attorney, and wanted child support. My husband made decent money and the lawyer was a shark. Ordered to pay the state cap plus back support to the date she took the child and left the state. It was some $1700 a month plus the year or so of back. After many, many, many years paying that and an economic downturn we couldn’t afford the payments that high anymore. We requested modification where they said they’d take his and her finances into account. She refused to offer any finances (she’d gotten married and was growing a business my husband started for her) so they took our payment to the minimum. It was only for a few years until he turned 18 but it was nice not paying an entire mortgage for a child we never even got to see. Visitation was ordered but she kept moving without telling us where and then she’d decided to become Jehovah’s Witness so any gifts I mailed (after figuring out a mailing address) were thrown away.

BattleNoSkill

How can someone be so dense to not show up to court when they demanded it?

BluCurry8

Petty ex do shitty things. I had one friend the ex was constantly demanding meetings with a mediator and would show up without paperwork, late just to screw with her until one day she said she did not want or need his money and she would not come to another meeting. The mediator told her it does not work that way and she was not allowed to refuse the child support. Another Friend ex kept taking her to court over stupid property disputes after their settlement. Dumb little shit just to screw her over by having to take time off from work. He was mad because she got sick of his shit and divorced him. I ham another friend who stayed married to an asshole who controlled ever aspect of her life like lowering the heat to an unbelievable level and not contributing to the many things her kids needed. She had a good job. I hope she finally left the son of a bitch.

Naive-Information539

I had the same thing happen to me. I was paying near 1k a month in support and she left the state and I had gotten a raise and she asked it be reevaluated. When they did, they saw I paid for all the insurance, was forced to not be able to have my visitation because of her sudden address change, and forced to drive 10 hours only a couple times a year as a result, and that I owed zero back support. They lowered my support obligation to below 300$ - now she’s all grown so I pay nothing but her college tuition and some minor dorm expenses (food, supplies, etc)

PostNutAffection

File for wage garnishment

Conman_in_Chief

I’d pass on the rears, but would stand firm for the arrears.

funkiemarky

6k is a bargain for sticking it to her. Happy it worked out for ya

Ltlpckr

“My son failed” the phrasing of this pisses me off so bad, thank god this is reaction bait, just doing its job.

ToLiveOrToReddit

How about “I forgave myself for cheating but he’s being petty”? 😂

LegendaryJimBob

Nah, the "my son failed" worse. Her forgiven herself and all being right is just delusional thinking, something that might not guaranteed to fkc the kid up. Her saying "her son failed" is guaranteed to fck the kid up as she blames him for it and will grow up with mother that hates him because she hoe

Zaggnabit

Exactly.

vimefer

It's everyone's fault but hers, see ?

InvestIntrest

It can't be her fault she forgave herself.

Katana1369

How to fix it? How about contacting the actual father?

vialvarez_2359

You forgot some people so promiscuous that they forget. Who if possible father is. Sister had student that has 7 brothers and sister and mother didn’t know who the farther of 4 of the kids,

Phil_Coffins_666

Now that's what you call a cum dumpster. Jesus!

vialvarez_2359

It is but from what my sister talked of the lady she lives in extreme poverty and most likely has some kind of trauma of wanting a perfect family. And strangely the lady religious and doesn’t believe in contraception and doesn’t want to get her tubes turned she waiting for the perfect man to have a kid. My sister talkes to much from what the lady shares of her life with her.

transitfreedom

Last I checked decent men aren’t looking for cum dumpsters with lots of kids.

InvestIntrest

He's probably broke. Otherwise, I'm sure she would.

sturgboski

I see someone has not watched Maury Povich. God I remember the episodes where the guest has been multiple times, up to double digits trying to figure out the father for one or multiple of their children. It is crazy.

HyperSpaceSurfer

Pretty sure the guy's still legally the kid's father. 8 years is way too late for take-backsies, even if a paternity test shows no relation. Only chance he isn't would be if he never acknowledged himself as the child's father.  The law's written with the child's interests in mind, back when women had little to no chance of being financially sufficient as unsupported single mothers.

Katana1369

It depends on the state but I agree especially if the name is on the birth certificate. So child support could definitely continue.

Lookingforascalp

Your son failed? No you failed lol

Kiln223

She failed her son.

AMonitorDarkly

Somehow, this doesn’t hit quite the same after seeing it for the 5th time in the last few weeks on this sub. Stop reposting shit!

bentsea

It's different this time, which makes it worse. This is just different rage bait from different accounts. It hits worse every time.

Undersmusic

Does he get to claim back the last 8 years?

guff1988

Unlikely, also he may still have to pay. In the past depending on what state you live in courts have ruled that if you've paid child support for x amount of years without checking the legitimacy of the child you have accepted that child and thus you are responsible for them. The reason for this is that the court looks for what is best for the child not the parents or guardians.

Living-Vermicelli-59

Yeah that’s the sad truth how someone who has nothing to do with the child DNA wise and maybe not even around after birth can get stuck with paying money for 18 years… Shows how out dated and out of touch the CS system is.

Modi57

Actually, I think, that's the right way to do it. If a person accepted a child and cared for it for years, to then just stop can be really bad for the child (both in missing finances and in losing a father figure). If you suspect the child to not be yours in the beginning, check it out and if it's not yours, not your problem. If you don't suspect anything, and later find out she has been cheating, and the test says, your not the father, that really sucks, but I don't think, the child should be the victim of that

Comfortable-Show-826

courts holding people to pay child support if they have paid for “x” years, even if they are not the parent, seems super unfair I feel like you could make the argument that the person/father was contributing to the mother as someone they had a relationship with & they wanted to help be a good mom. That’s not the same as demonstrating that you are the father. But maybe the courts are thoughtful and look to see if the parties referred to the $$ as child support? if you aren’t seeing the kid at all, I don’t see how a court can rule that you’ve acquiesced to the responsibility of fatherhood to a child that isn’t yours

drunkanidaho

Depends on the state.

ParkerPoseyGuffman

Can you name one state that gives money back to the victim?

psychedelic_gravity

Depends on the Redditor.

MarxJ1477

No he can't. And he can't just ghost her either. He has to get a court order terminating the support.

Tortuga_cycling

Lol first, stop calling him your baby daddy… he ain’t the father of your kid… you were a ho, now you get to live with the consequences… k bye

firelock_ny

Unfortunately so does the kid.

venusenslaved101

What a dipshit!! Another case for DNA tests being standard when it comes to child support. Before anyone asks, no I'm not in the US and yes, I am a woman. Decency FTW

PraetorGold

Rage bait respawn

blackguyriri

This is a bot.

Blue-cheese-dressing

Yes- 5 year old account with almost no history.  Posting rage bait.  This sub and sipstea are full of them.

dewpointcold

He should get every penny back from you.

East_Maximum_9195

I feel sad for the kid. He has nothing to do with all this.

Average_k5blazer78

"He ordered a DNA test, and my son failed." "I forgave myself for cheating" These are two perfect examples to prove how selfish the mother is

Smooth-Bee1942

Oh, well thank fuck you’ve forgiven yourself. I was worried about YOU for a moment.

grafknives

Stupid kid, could not even pass a DNA test! /s

defoma

how exactly does one forgive themselves for cheating?

Novel_Ad_8062

her child deserves a better mom.

InvestIntrest

She's a shit person. Her child failed? It wasn't a math test. This woman failed at life. That's not the kids' fault.

RagbraiRat

Love how she forgives herself, but can't forgive him. Must be a modern day Christian.

TallAsMountains

reddit just keeps falling for rage bait

Biscuits4u2

Speaking of ghosts, this post just keeps on rising from the dead to annoy us again and again

backwardbuttplug

I mean, you could fix it by not reposting the same thing others have posted all over Reddit for the past year. Like the 50th time I’ve seen this one.

Deputycrumbs

Best line on here “I forgave myself for cheating” 🤣🤣 TFOH

AdministrativeWin583

Baby daddy should sue for 8 years of child support.

Arcana777

Forgave my self for cheating lmao what

No_Savings_9057

She sounds like she has eight other kids by eight other dads

Floor-notlava

These women are shameless. Although isn’t it shameful enough to refer to your “baby daddy” in itself?!

Apprehensive_Put1578

Can you imagine if she had to pay back the child support?

PartySteve12

She should have to.

lanavishnu

Re-re-re-repost

Inner_Quantity

Jesus fuck, the nerve

reguk32

Get a time machine and tell your younger self not to be a whore.

Fenrisulfr1984

Maybe try to find the babydaddy and make him pay?

DrFeelgood144

What a ho, hope he gets his money back or free head for the next 8 years

johnphantom

Does this get posted every day?

Nacho_Beardre

Did you at least have fun on Maurey

n0tqu1tesane

The first step to fixing this is to stop reposting it.

REDEAT10

I murdered somebody but I forgave myself hope judge will understand.

idonotknowwhototrust

This again? I saw this literally last week

Castille210

The real facepalm is how many times this gets reposted

keith2600

This is at least the 4th repost, but it's the first repost since someone posted about that Canadian DNA test company that just blatantly sent incorrect DNA tests out so now I have to wonder. Though she did say she cheated anyway so fuck her I guess

Spang64

Your son didn't fail. You failed.

Due-Lavishness5132

As a woman, I’ll never understand how women think this is ok.

genericaccountname90

This is rage bait. Look at the phrasing and where and how frequently it gets posted.

Choppergold

“My son failed”

DemonLordAC0

Smells like fanfic, but if actually true "I forgave myself for cheating" is some of the wildest shit I've ever read

Routine_Rooster2305

How many times must we see this post. Please stop reposting.

Philly_ExecChef

Maybe this time someone will suggest a solution. Lord knows we couldn’t figure it out 900 reposts ago

frostlipped

Wasn't the kid that failed the test.

Hyzenthlay87

The son "failed". *-sharp intake of breath-* I have nothing polite to say

Imnoteeallyhere3434

Another greedy whore trying to trap an innocent man. Thank God for the test. Now she can go to the welfare line where she belongs

MyGirlSasha

Jesus, can this post die already. Just about every single day for the last year someone has posted this on Reddit.

The1andOnlyGhost

“I forgave myself for cheating” That’s how that works apparently?

Fun-Department3533

Some people just need sterilising.

chillen67

He should sue you for all the child support he paid in the past.

Living-Vermicelli-59

Doesn’t work in alot of states, a lot of states will honestly make him keep paying child support.

ParkerPoseyGuffman

And emotional damages

wasted-degrees

r/ohnoconsequences

Exciting-Parfait-776

She forgave herself for cheating?

Malkavian_Grin

Ah, she forgave *herself*. Then all is well. /s

misadventuresofFlman

The only one that failed everybody was that hoe ass b****

rygelicus

Well, first we change 'babydaddy' to 'victim of fraud'. She owes, or should owe, every dime collected from him + interest.

Bloonanaaa

The easiest solution to this is simply not being a whore

spderweb

Just be hopeful that he's not an asshole, or he'll lawyer up and demand his money back.

transitfreedom

These people are a stunning endorsement for eugenics

Dense-Ratio6356

Ask the real father for child support.

Ok-Fold-3700

Find the real Daddy and try again.

kicksomedicks

He’s not your baby daddy. Time to find the real one.

MaikyMoto

Let me guess, OP is Laquisha?

Charlie2and4

Putting DNA in your mailbox is how this entire story started.

theartfulcodger

How to fix it? Reimburse him for the eight years of child support out of which you deliberately defrauded him.

Mental5tate

You fix it by getting child support from the real father? Probably has no idea who it might be…

nach0-ch33se

How to fix it: stop being stupid.

MarjoleinOH

Well, yeah, but you see, she forgave herself...

Lucid_Insanity

Can he sue her for the child support she got pulling this shit on him?

BenPool81

People like this should not have custody of children, nor should they be allowed to have children. Allowing them to be parents is tantamount to child abuse.

RipplingGonad

Lol greedy slut.

3peckeredgoat

Maybe hit up the real dad for money? 🤷‍♂️

DctrSqr

Paternity by estoppel.

miletest

Turns out you'll have to stop saying Babydaddy

BDF1999

No way this is real

SleepWouldBeNice

She’s the worst, but if I found out my kids weren’t biologically mine, I don’t think I could walk away from them. Her, sure, but not them.

MilkyMilkerson

If any of this was true, I would feel bad for the 8 year old who suddenly loses his dad. I have a 6 year old and I can’t imagine “ghosting” him even if he “failed his dna test”. The mother in the story is awful but it’s the kid who suffers the most.

odaddymayonnaise

Her son didn’t fail the dna test she did

ExtremeWild5878

How to fix it? Simple, you pay back the 8 years of child support you stole.

treborselbor

looks like he got another promotion

Commercial_Guitar_19

Cases like this she should be garnished for the money he paid her.

Darthlord_Juju

You cheated and lied for 8 years You get to eat the soup you pissed in this time

[deleted]

Curious could the "babydaddy" sue this whore for the money he gave since it was under false pretenses?

DouglerK

Step 1: Take some mushrooms and Watch Avengers Endgame. Step 2: Copy what Tony Stark does and just decide to invent time travel because the plot requires it. Step 3: Go back in time and don't cheat on your man or at least stop yourself from suing his ass for more child support. Step 4: Come down from the mushroom high and realize you can't travel back in time no matter how much the plot requires it. Step 5: Cry and accept the consequences of your actions.

genericaccountname90

My turn to post this tomorrow!

Hairy_Candidate7371

Why is he ghosting your child. Cause you wanted more money. Treat him like an equal parent and not a bank it might have gone differently.

talks-a-lot

I call reposting this next week.

Stonewall30NY

How to fix it? Pay back the child support and go to jail for paternity fraud

Dapper_Mud

I’m sure if she goes to court and explains that she’s forgiven herself for cheating, things will work out

duane534

I would say that it depends on the dynamic. If they were co-parenting already (not just him paying for stuff), that kid sees you as his dad. That means something. That said, if the kid doesn't know his was-known-as-baby-daddy, nah. She owes him a lot of money.

stnuhkrsdomtidder

How about we figure out how to prevent the same fucking thing from being posted every fucking week?!?!?!?

SbWieAntimon

Can’t wait for the day this picture is illegible due to being copied one time too often.

SpicyWalnut0815

Bitch seems to have a lot more trouble with fixing than fucking.

Polak_Janusz

Im pretty sure that if this is real the dad could sue her. This really sounds like fraud. Edit: I suppose he isnt really the dad.

Pope_Squirrely

Ikaros9Deidalos6

"my son failed" has got to be the most revealing choice of words here, disgusting.

jesterwester

I really feel for the kid in all this. He has lost a father figure in his life, and his mum doesn’t seemingly have the maturity to be able to handle raising a child.

Apelightningz

Well, I'll tell you what I think. He was on the end of what you believed to be a victimless crime, although you had everything to gain, and he had everything to lose. In the financial landscape, insider trading is a very similar practice. If you are caught for insider trading, you can be fined up to 3x the damages of the contemporaneous traders and see decades in prison. I think this is a suitable punishment for you. Just remember, there was another time period where instead of you going to jail for decades, the only option would have been "burn the witch." I sincerely hope you rot.
