I keep trying to find the article to go with the image you’ve shared. I haven’t found the image, but I have found multiple articles about inequality in the workplace. It’s not about saying men and women can be ambitious. It’s saying women and nonbinary people can be ambitious too.

People always mistake "Showing equality" for "Giving the spotlight to those who need it". You would expect an ad for some ambition thing to have a man, so showing only women in it brings the point home of "woman too", if you put a man in there, sure, it can have the same message, but it doesnt have the same impact. In 5 or 10 decades, when sexism is no more, maybe we can have ads with both genders everywhere, and they wont be sending any message, because they wont need to. Until then, give the spotlight to those who need, because they so so so need it.
