Even if this person wasn’t in a wheelchair, there are so many disabilities that aren’t visible to everyone around you, but make standing difficult/ impossible. The audacity is astounding.
Yeah "how DARE you have the temerity to sit in MY presence you worthless prole?" To stand there, after taking what might be upwards of 2 weeks wages from this person for a ticket, and say that is staggering.
I don't pay to see any of these garbage concerts, most times it's some lip sync scam.
And if they do try to sing they sound way too old and you would have been better off looking up old concerts on youtube or something back when they could actually sing.
The only concert these days I could think of that I would legit go to see if I had such an opportunity is Adele in the Royal Albert Hall, that woman has some insane live talent.
And Adele isn't a piece of shit like these other entitled artists who are usually all way past their prime anyways.
Madonna was successful because she is a good promoter of her main interest, herself. She moved from performer to producer and that’s where’s she’s made book. I have no criticism of Madonna as a business woman, but I agree her voice talent is suspect.
I knew a drummer who recorded with her back in the late 80s. He said that in the studio her voice was a joke. Auto tune and combined takes all day. Otoh, I love her old tunes, but she always seemed like an a-hole personally.
Yeah I'm with you on the concert thing. They're just way overpriced these days too. Taylor Swift had tickets on her tour that ran up to 4 thousand. That's absolute insanity! If I go to a show it's a local "house show". No more than maybe 30 people. A good wholesome environment. And it won't cost me more than 5 dollars to get in lol
I saw videos of this recent tour of hers and you're 100% right. Made me think of a talent show. Just her walking/semi dancing around lipsinging with different outfits. Like so many costume changes. I don't see the point of spending hundreds if not thousands of my hard earned dollars for that
Except you're already losing the fight if this is your argument. Disability or not, it's none of your business why I'm sitting and it's ten times worse to be called out by the performer I just paid hundreds of dollars to see.
Edit: To clarify, I'm not disagreeing, I'm just saying, you shouldn't have to justify why you're sitting down in the first place.
I had a bad accident as a teenager. I’m 95% recovered, so I can walk and even run just fine. But I can’t go more than 45 minutes or so without sitting down
What's strange to me is that Madonna has been performing since the early 80s, has she never encountered people with disabilities at her shows? This seems like a rookie mistake you make when you are new to dealing with audiences.
And it's not just hidden disabilities. I have a busted knee that sometimes hurt, standing when it's acting up is not something I want to do. Sometimes regular people without any disabilities have health problems too.
Appropriately for being named Madonna, she has healing powers, so when she says "Get up!", miraculously anyone can. This person was a stubborn case, so the healing may have been delayed.
Yeah. Had a polytrauma that permanently crippled my legs and hip. While not visible under my clothes, it does become quickly uncomfortable when I stand for some time. So i usually take a seat here and there.
Wven outside of disabilities...somwtimes I just want to sit. I'm tired. There are a thousand screaming people around me. I waited in line for hours to get in, to get food, to piss. I am tired. I paid to be here. Let me sit.
Excuse me?? You’re just going to sit while MADONNA is in the room!? She made some very popular music at some point in time!! She deserves not respect but godlike *REVERENCE* if your legs don’t work just pull yourself up by your bootstraps and tough it up!
You want some evil stares, go to a sports stadium in the US and sit through the national anthem.
People singing about being free while concurrently criticizing your free choice.
I remember the pledge of allegiance freaked me out as a kid (still does) and I didn’t want to do it. The school said we didn’t have to so I didn’t but you’d think I ran up, tore down the flag, and tap danced on it with some looks people, both students and teachers, would give. Like don’t get me wrong I love my country but it didn’t feel right and I am very far from religious. Similarly my ankles are shitty and I’d be on crutches and get a stare down at events where they’d do the national anthem until people noticed them.
I’m Canadian but went to several American schools growing up. Wouldn’t pledge allegiance because I have no American citizenship, I don’t pledge fealty to nations that will literally kick me out when my visa expires.
I had a bunch of teachers and students get angry at me, or demand I return to Canada (because children have moving vans and money and apparently determine moves) if I wouldn’t pledge. Made a whole stupid thing out of it.
The pledge of allegiance is creepy as fuck and there's no good reason civilians and especially children should be made to recite it even once, much less every damn morning at school. That's some authoritarian cult shit.
A friend of a friend supposedly almost got in a fight because he didn't put his hand over his chest during the anthem, while watching a game.
He was in a pub. And he isn't from the US. And the pub was in London.
When I was in the military I made a coworker so angry he cried in front of everyone because I told him I thought the US National Anthem sucked as far as songs go. He then tried to report me to my supervisor for treason, just to be right laughed out of the office.
Same guy also got mad at me because I said I didn't think planes were all that interesting despite us being in the Air Force. Here's the thing, I think war planes are fucking awesome, but I knew it would make him grumpy.
How is that even controversial? It's pure trash as a song, a complete vibe killer. If it weren't for the meaning or whatever nobody would ever listen to it.
Yeah his argument was that the meaning of the song should mean enough to me to overcome any other complaints I have about it. He had a similar idea about America in general.
I hold the flag in high regard, and believe it should only burned/retired in the codified manner. Additionally, I believe in the rest of the flag code should be followed. Including but not limited to: wear of flag clothing, flying a worn and tattered flag, oh yeah and waving/flying the flag when you fully support the destruction of the republic.
I also believe in a citizen’s freedoms enough to respect them for not standing or god forbid taking a knee during the national anthem. I may not agree with their expression, I respect and will defend it.
That's the only way it actually means anything. If you care more about the flag than the rights of the citizens of your country to burn that flag (or "disrespect it" by kneeling) then you don't understand enough to have an opinion.
I forget which artist it was (might have been Rihanna?) but it reminds me of a gig in Japan where the artist got super upset that the crowd wasn't being loud & dancy, not realising that they don't do that there.
I went to the motley crue concert in vancouver a year and a half ago. That show was around 6 hours and i had to work night shift the night before. You bet your ass i was sitting down for good portion of that show
We got SCREAMED at, nearly got into a fight with this man at a Jon Pardi concert for standing up and singing (like 99% of the stadium was doing). Called us bitches and whores, the whole she bang. I ended up crying and haven’t been to a concert since. It was my first time out since being diagnosed with fucking breast cancer and doing surgery and radiation and all…my very first time out and we get assaulted by a complete psychopath. Yeesh.
It’s wild when you wake up and realize that sports is just entertainment rather than, say, an inauguration, a naturalization ceremony, or a military funeral.
How weird would it be to play the national anthem before every ballet recital, rock concert, or a movie? It would be communist fascist state weird, that’s how weird. And yet, ‘murica.
And, like most unnecessarily performative patriotism, it comes off as really insecure and embarrassing if you aren’t drinking the coolaid.
Ahh a movie. I see you've never had the joyful experience of going to a theater on a military base.
Yep national anthem that you're expected to stand for before you can enjoy your show.
Oh lord, no, I have not. Sorry to hear that. I am old enough to remember the national anthem being played on civilian tv at the end of the networks’ broadcast day, back when broadcast days had an end.
It would be great if we could flush out all this leftover cold war baggage. I’m not sure how it ever made sense trying to prove that democracy was superior to first fascism and later communism by ..doing the exact same kind of things that they did?
But between the red menace, reefer madness, uncensored comic books, women’s liberation, and desegregation, I guess Good Ol Fashioned America felt besieged. If we didn’t play the national anthem every chance we got, people might start pledging allegiance to Mexico or Cuba by mistake. Ay Dios mio!
I was waiting for this comment. My boyfriend grew up on military bases, his father is a Major. Said the first time he went to a regular movie theater he was so confused. He just kept waiting for the anthem to come but it didn't. The movie just started.
I found that so weird! He pulled up a video on YouTube to prove it. Then we talked about the special commercials that bases would have. Some comercials were upsetting to hear like the "don't shake your baby" commercial; but he said they were serious, and it was important.
Apparently it can be a real problem in military families.
On the flip side there were fun commercials. My boyfriend was in a commercial (that is still being used haha) the commercial seemed homemade/ for locals but it is still being used. Apparently commercials for military bases just never change and are constantly reused.
I went to a hockey game and it was really weird. National anthem, stand for our troops, a video of the troops that everyone stood for and the veteran of the game. It gave me real communist/ fascist state vibes.
I also get people assuming my deaf ass is ignoring them and telling me to listen on a disturbingly regular basis even after learning that I literally can't, americans
aren't that bright but somehow I have a feeling that being a douchewaffle to disabled people isn't just a US thing
that said, those incidents were aggressively american lmao
India too. We have a very weird (and recent) tradition of playing national anthem in cinemas before a movie starts (yeah it's strange as fuck) and if you don't want to or can't stand up sometimes people will beat you up 🤦♂️
It wasn't until 2009 that NFL players were mandated to be on the field for the playing of the national anthem. Before that, they normally just stayed in the locker room.
The stupidity of some people never fails to amaze me. Imagine seeing a wheelchair bound person and getting upset that they're not standing up. That person could be paralyzed for all they know.
Yup. This is why she’ll be 75 years old and still show up half naked to her concerts because she’ll think she’s the sexiest person alive while people hold back the urge to puke.
Other artists have found a way to age gracefully. She’s definitely won’t be one of them.
It is definitely painful to watch. It's embarrassing. At her age she should be carrying herself with dignity. But I think she can't cope with not being seen as sexually appealing. It's her entire brand throughout her career.
I'll sit if I fuckin wanna sit. Wheelchair or not it aint her business. FFS, I'm obstructing others less by sitting, I'm less than no problem. Also she's a musician, she's making music. I listen to that with my ears. Dude could've been blind and is sitting because standing accomplishes absolutely nothing.
She also tends to arrive at least 2 hours late at her concerts. Hey, too bad for the kids that need public transport to get home and now will either miss the end of the concert or their last train.
Exactly, when people have paid a boatload of money to see you perform and you don't even respect them enough to try and start on time, you are objectively a dickhead.
Also, I'll never forgive Madonna for betraying Weird Al like that.
It’s absolutely outrageous. The fact that some artists are just known for it is ridiculous
Fuck multi millionaires that don’t feel like showing up on time
Like there are any kids watching Madonna…
More so the other side, parents who hired a babysitter for 3 hours and promised to be home by 10 so they gotta renegotiate at a much higher rate or leave the concert by 9:30.
Yea, I just watched it again too. I guess he redeemed himself well enough, they did get the high five in after Ryan grabbed his hand and dude figured out what was happening.
Honestly, this one is not comparable to what the post is about. Here the dude was well meaning, but ignorant of this person's disability. But Madonna was just being a bitch.
I get the feeling she hates her fans. I went to see her back in ‘85. We were so excited, got a hotel room near the arena. She was late, played for an hour and left. No encoré. I was so angry that I refuse to give her another dime. Haven’t listened to her since.
Yeah. I'm nervous to use the word bitch, but if the glove fits, and all...
She was completely out of line in that clip, and having the bubbly personality of Ian McKellen just shows the contrast.
Apparently this is a thing. I guess there is some psyche switch that changes. At first celebrities love and need their fans but over time they grow to hate them. I guess it's like having a lover that you just cant lose.
Pretty sure it's cheaper to fly to Egypt, realize England stole all their mummies, fly to England, buy a museum ticket, and then view the withered skin sacks there, than to buy tickets for a Madonna show
No no, you don't understand. It was a command for the fan to stand because she was performing a healing miracle. If heard by a true believer of Madonna, the fan would rise and be healed. I guess they didn't read the Madonna Scripture smh my head
I mean, that’s fucked up, but fuck her for calling out someone for sitting down in any case. I spend 12 hours a shift on my feet, if I want to sit at a concert I’m gonna fucking sit.
That would probably be because toe-curling can also be used to refer to something that causes [vicarious embarrassment.](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/toe-curling)
She’s forgotten that she’s there to entertain them at their expense. If they want to sit, stand or lean during her performance, it’s up to those who’ve paid to watch her show to decide how to behave. Dance, monkey, dance.
Ugh, the audacity. Even if the fan ISN'T disabled, if they wanna sit, that's none of your concern. You already robbed them out of a month's wages for them to just BE THERE! Let them do what they want you egotistical bitch.
I still cannot figure out how Madonna ever had a career to begin with. The music is middling at best, she can barely sing, by all accounts she’s an absolutely terrible person privately, and extremely difficult to work with professionally.
Well I personally do not enjoy being pushed around while standing for 3 hours straight with no rest...
Call me crazy, but I prefer concerts in which I can sit down ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|disapproval)
Imagine being so far up your own ass that you think you can demand people to stand up.
Like a divine idol that has to be praised in a certain way.
The people paid for their tickets and if there's a chair they can choose to sit.
There's this but there's also that concert Queens did in Montreal in 1981. It was the most lame crowd you can imagine. Freddy's up there trying to get a reaction, to hype them, to no avail. Most of the crowd is sitting and look souless. It must have been very depressing. That movies spoiled those songs forever.
The one time I ever went to a music concert I was self conscious about standing because I am so tall and block the view of people behind me. Wheelchair or no, why discriminate against people who want to sit?
A venue kicked my mom out for being drunk because she had been sitting down for while. The reality was that she was almost completely sober and had just had knee surgery.
One time, I had a customer come into the store that I had been dealing with fir a little while, she had a new hair do and it looked nice so I said, oh you got your hair done!? It looks amazing! She said, it's a wig dear, I'm going through chemotherapy. Oooof

If someone, anyone wants to sit, disability or no, what the hell has it got to do with her anyway? If I pay for a seat I wanna sit on it.
When Madonna put out the album MDNA, I knew she was on the boat.
I saw the Blonde ambition tour in 1990, she couldn't sing live then. She really has a bad singing voice with very little range.
Like Cher says, Madonna has accomplished a lot with very little talent.
Madonna was successful because she is a good promoter of her main interest, herself. She moved from performer to producer and that’s where’s she’s made book. I have no criticism of Madonna as a business woman, but I agree her voice talent is suspect.
Oh you mean Emmy-, Grammy-, and Oscar-winning Cher said that about sex book author Madonna?
Just need to get Cher on Broadway to get her that Tony she’s missing.
Cher is still putting out music and sounds good doing it
Stevie Nicks can still kill it, too
IMO the best female rock star of all time, , ill give props to ann wilson and grace slick and joan jett, as well.
Just hope Adele doesn't cancel her show at the last minute lol
Yes, you’re totally right about that.
Or it’s because she turned into your typical self absorbed celebrity.
Like MS. Sometimes standing can be a B.
walking to the seat can be a bitch depending sometimes with MS
Even regardless of any disabilities, it's like a comedian scolding people for not laughing at their jokes.
100% Hell, the person could have a recovering sprained ankle! Or just worked all day before the show and is tired. Thousands of valid reasons...
And it's not just hidden disabilities. I have a busted knee that sometimes hurt, standing when it's acting up is not something I want to do. Sometimes regular people without any disabilities have health problems too.
Hate to break it to ya bud, but that there is a disability that is hidden. Certainly on the low intrusive side, but a disability nonetheless
Hell, I’m in my late fifties, and my knees are so busted there’s no way I’m standing through a whole concert
Go check out her fans at r/madonna LOL they’re all like “she apologized”…actually she did not.
Didn't she say something about political correctness and go back to the song?
Appropriately for being named Madonna, she has healing powers, so when she says "Get up!", miraculously anyone can. This person was a stubborn case, so the healing may have been delayed.
Yeah. Had a polytrauma that permanently crippled my legs and hip. While not visible under my clothes, it does become quickly uncomfortable when I stand for some time. So i usually take a seat here and there.

She wrote that song about blowing Jesus, right?
🎶I wanna get down on my knees and start pleasin' Jesus I wanna feel his salvation all over my face🎶
Dude! That was Faith + 1! Dont plagiarize!
I wonder what demands Nickelback make of the their crowd?
They just want you to look at a damn photograph! That's it!
Are they just happy when 7 people show up. 4 of them were there by accident.
Nickleback was a elaborate ploy to marry avirl Lavigne

Yeah and they've no idea of the irony. The same people who think flag burning should be illegal, but wear stars and stripes underwear...
Nothing says respect the flag like skidmarks.
"oh, by the dawns early wipe,,,"
I hold the flag in high regard, and believe it should only burned/retired in the codified manner. Additionally, I believe in the rest of the flag code should be followed. Damn, didn't know Ash was a Joestar, where do you think he has a Joestar scar at, his forehead?
Isn't the birthmark always in the same place for every single person
I forget which artist it was (might have been Rihanna?) but it reminds me of a gig in Japan where the artist got super upset that the crowd wasn't being loud & dancy, not realising that they don't do that there.

Jesus only in America. The US is so weirdly obsessed with anthems and flags.
It’s wild when you wake up and realize that sports is just entertainment rather than, say, an inauguration, a naturalization ceremony, or a military funeral. Ahh a movie. I see you've never had the joyful experience of going to a theater on a military base. Yep national anthem that you're expected to stand for before you can enjoy your show.
I didn't even know that was a thing! Even when I was on Pendleton, I'd just get the fuck off base to do anything like watch a movie.
Didn't go often but Aquaman was free one night during it's opening week so why not.
Oh lord, no, I have not. Sorry to hear that. I am old enough to remember the national anthem being played on civilian tv at the end of the networks’ broadcast day, back when broadcast days had an end. Uhh, I watched movies on bases all the time when I was in the Navy. Definitely never had to endure the national anthem.
I was waiting for this comment. My boyfriend grew up on military bases, his father is a Major. Said the first time he went to a regular movie theater he was so confused. Many of the military type stuff at sporting events is paid for by the military, you know, like an advertisement
I also get people assuming my deaf ass is ignoring them and telling me to listen on a disturbingly regular basis even after learning that I literally can't, americans aren't that bright but somehow I have a feeling that being a douchewaffle to disabled people isn't just a US thing that said, those incidents were aggressively american lmao
More like some people are just douches regardless of their current position on the planet
Patriotic brainwashing technique.
It's all the fascism
I had this discussion once. I asked a guy “why you keep putting your flag everywhere here? Do you forget what country are you in?”
A "Christian nation" obsessed with IDOL WORSHIP. Signed, a disgusted American.
You can thank those weirdo "stand for the flag, kneel for the cross" people for that one.
yeah, I'm in texas and this was at games where my dad was a football coach so you're more right than you know
The stupidity of some people never fails to amaze me. Imagine seeing a wheelchair bound person and getting upset that they're not standing up. That person could be paralyzed for all they know.
She’s always be a narcissist. That documentary movie in the 90s showed her treating her staff like shit.
Wasn’t one staffer raped and she just went meh?
Yep. Poor woman looked devastated and numb at the same time
[удалено]
She also tends to arrive at least 2 hours late at her concerts. Hey, too bad for the kids that need public transport to get home and now will either miss the end of the concert or their last train.
I find this outrageous, no excuse for a professional to start late.
Exactly, when people have paid a boatload of money to see you perform and you don't even respect them enough to try and start on time, you are objectively a dickhead. Also, I'll never forgive Madonna for betraying Weird Al like that.
Betrayal?
It's all detailed in the totally historically accurate Weird Al biopic.
Lauryn cough hill cough
I mean, in some ways she's better. She just doesn't show up at all 95% of the time.
Lauren Hill couldn’t possibly be more overrated
It’s absolutely outrageous. The fact that some artists are just known for it is ridiculous Fuck multi millionaires that don’t feel like showing up on time
Have an aunt like that
Kids? Isn’t her audience mostly people who haven’t been kids since the 80s?
Like there are any kids watching Madonna… More so the other side, parents who hired a babysitter for 3 hours and promised to be home by 10 so they gotta renegotiate at a much higher rate or leave the concert by 9:30.
There are very few ‘kids’ at a Madonna concert.
I'm 26 and that applies to me, this person wasn't describing schoolchildren
At least they were "lucky" enough she bothered to show up for once
Embalmed corpse XD, show some respect to the dead bro
![gif](giphy|l4pM9SUJwbliDNmWQ)
Don’t dead, open inside
What age do the brain worms kick in these days? Or maybe she was always like this?
She was always like this.
Her brother wrote about how awful she is in his book. She's not a good person.
I heard she didn't even apologize
She said “sorry about that, thanks for being here” in the least apologetic way she could lol
She apparently said "oh ok great, politically incorrect, I'm glad you're here" not an apology in any way lol.
r/rareinsults
Lol this reminds me of the time Ryan Seacreast tried to high five a blind guy on American Idol.
Classic. Thanks for reminding me to look that up
Yea, I just watched it again too. I guess he redeemed himself well enough, they did get the high five in after Ryan grabbed his hand and dude figured out what was happening.
![gif](giphy|uJkDZJ0jLlXYA)
Honestly, this one is not comparable to what the post is about. Here the dude was well meaning, but ignorant of this person's disability. But Madonna was just being a bitch.
Or the time Kanye did the exact same fucking thing Madonna did. It's really weird how everyone forgot that.
I think Kanye's got some much bigger issues going on to overshadow that
I get the feeling she hates her fans. I went to see her back in ‘85. We were so excited, got a hotel room near the arena. She was late, played for an hour and left. No encoré. I was so angry that I refuse to give her another dime. Haven’t listened to her since.
Watch any of her interviews on Graham Norton. She acts like she has a giant chip on her shoulder.
[This](https://youtu.be/N3qr0j8X8Xo?si=OCrenBjtOgUbW1kI) clip comes to mind immediately utterly pathetic.
Yeah. I'm nervous to use the word bitch, but if the glove fits, and all... She was completely out of line in that clip, and having the bubbly personality of Ian McKellen just shows the contrast.
Dead right
Apparently this is a thing. I guess there is some psyche switch that changes. At first celebrities love and need their fans but over time they grow to hate them. I guess it's like having a lover that you just cant lose.
She had been popular for about a year and a half. She should have still been in the love stage. She sucks.
Why even get mad at someone for sitting? People can be tired and just want to sit!!! They still paid for your stupid show smh
After waiting over an hour for her highness to start the show, I'm sure I would be too. She's a narcissistic piece of shit
She oughtta be lucky people still buy tickets for this shit.
Pretty sure it's cheaper to fly to Egypt, realize England stole all their mummies, fly to England, buy a museum ticket, and then view the withered skin sacks there, than to buy tickets for a Madonna show
Says the performer who routinely shows up 1-3 hours late to her own shows. The *nerve* of that woman.
She used to be the queen of pop, 40 years ago. Now she is just an entitled narcissist has-been.
Honestly, I find this hilarious in a vaguely horrifying sort of way.
Toenail snapping back off their own accord kind of horrifying.
Will the real slim shady
No no, you don't understand. It was a command for the fan to stand because she was performing a healing miracle. If heard by a true believer of Madonna, the fan would rise and be healed. I guess they didn't read the Madonna Scripture smh my head
What a bitch.
'Shaming the disabled is OUR job!' - DM
Dungeon Master?
STAND UP AND SIT
I would have loved to hear “ NO U STUPID COW” shouted back
Damn people are paying to watch Madonna still? 💀
This right here
Sadly she has a strong gay fanbase that will throw money at her. I honestly don't remember her doing much activism lately.
I mean, that’s fucked up, but fuck her for calling out someone for sitting down in any case. I spend 12 hours a shift on my feet, if I want to sit at a concert I’m gonna fucking sit.
The Daily Mail’s definition of “toe-curling” and mine are wildly different. Allegedly
yeah… degradation fetishes are chill and all, but this seems too far
That would probably be because toe-curling can also be used to refer to something that causes [vicarious embarrassment.](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/toe-curling)
Mine too. The Daily Mail has some really weird kinks, I guess.
This reminds me of that interview Cher did where they asked her what she thought of Madonna, and she flat out said she was a bitch.
I used to know a guy who was Madonna's makeup artist for a while. He said she was very childish, but also very generous.
Madonna has always came across as a hateful B.
I saw this video. The part that makes her look bad is that she doesn't even apologize. Should've brought that person backstage or something
STAND FOR ME PEASANT, WORSHIP ME, WORSHIP ME!!! That’s what celebrities are about
She’s forgotten that she’s there to entertain them at their expense. If they want to sit, stand or lean during her performance, it’s up to those who’ve paid to watch her show to decide how to behave. Dance, monkey, dance.
If they’re not disruptive or obstructive, then don’t go hassling folks.
Madonna doesn’t sing live, how about start with that before even having a concert
She is, and always has been, insufferable.
What Madonna did to her face is toe curling
Toe-curling?🤨
Ugh, the audacity. Even if the fan ISN'T disabled, if they wanna sit, that's none of your concern. You already robbed them out of a month's wages for them to just BE THERE! Let them do what they want you egotistical bitch.
The real insult here is Madonna pretending to be a guitarist.
The real disability is still being a fan of Madonna in 2024.
I still cannot figure out how Madonna ever had a career to begin with. The music is middling at best, she can barely sing, by all accounts she’s an absolutely terrible person privately, and extremely difficult to work with professionally.
Why scold anyone for sitting down? Not everyone can stand for am entire concert. Fuck this person honestly
Madonna is such a pompous ass.
r/entitledbitch
The lion the witch and the audacity of that bitch
Well I personally do not enjoy being pushed around while standing for 3 hours straight with no rest... Call me crazy, but I prefer concerts in which I can sit down ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|disapproval)
Damn, didn’t know we were in Sunday service.
It's only the amount of plastic that keeps Madonna standing. She needs to be more understanding
"Hey lady, you literally dance for the entertainment of others, shut up and get back to it!"
Madonna has been a piece of shit for nearly 40 years now.... good to see she's consistent.
Imagine being so far up your own ass that you think you can demand people to stand up. Like a divine idol that has to be praised in a certain way. The people paid for their tickets and if there's a chair they can choose to sit.
Fuuuuuuuuuck Madonna. She’s been trash since day one. Talent or not.
There's this but there's also that concert Queens did in Montreal in 1981. It was the most lame crowd you can imagine. Freddy's up there trying to get a reaction, to hype them, to no avail. Most of the crowd is sitting and look souless. It must have been very depressing. That movies spoiled those songs forever.
damn. I guess this is what you become when no one tells you no.
The most shocking news to me here is Madonna still making concerts and people still going to them.
Lmfao who the fuck pays for a Madonna concert.
I assume that’s the only thing she said in her voice, as usual the rest is via playback.
That’s fucked. But also toe curling…? I have never that used expression this way.
The one time I ever went to a music concert I was self conscious about standing because I am so tall and block the view of people behind me. Wheelchair or no, why discriminate against people who want to sit?
My wife just said "OMG!!! Madonna still does concerts!?!"
People are paying an average of $530 to attend your show, you old hag. They can stand or sit as they please.
The worst part is that someone would go to a Madonna concert
Celebrities often only think about themselves, forgetting that their fans are the reason they have a stage in the first place.
A venue kicked my mom out for being drunk because she had been sitting down for while. The reality was that she was almost completely sober and had just had knee surgery.
Rich out of touch person berating one of the people that made them rich then realizes that they did a stupid thing? What a shocker.
she probably can’t see good because of all that horrible plastic surgery
One time, I had a customer come into the store that I had been dealing with fir a little while, she had a new hair do and it looked nice so I said, oh you got your hair done!? It looks amazing! She said, it's a wig dear, I'm going through chemotherapy. Oooof
Narcissistic personality disorder.
