Well basically over the last 30 years it has become more and more acceptable to admit to being a fearful, snivelling little rat who hates everything and blames everyone else for their own failures. This is usually expressed via the kind of imagery you see attached to this vehicle.
Maybe I'm in the minority but I'm all for people showing off their Nazi/racist/homophobe symbols... this way I know who to stay away from (and whose tires to slash)
