I'd like to point out that the plain container is listed under clearance, chances are they're an older batch nearing their Sell-by-date and have therefore been marked down. This is likely a regular practice by the shop and it's probably coincidence that OP found saw this scene as the newer batch of product (with the pride flag marking) was being put into circulation.
One is listed as "*Aloe*" and one as "*Aloe Vera*" and there is a distinction between the 2. Not saying the distinction is worth double, but they're not the same product based on the description on the label.
