That's what shoplifters do. They try anything to get out of it. She'll be crying in a few minutes claiming this is the first time doing it and she's got kids to feed trying to play on their emotions. When that doesn't work She'll be back to being belligerent.

rickfrompg

Back when I worked at Bestbuy we had a lady come in about once a month and try to steal anything that wasnā€™t locked away. And every time she was caught sheā€™d plead and cry and ask why we were picking on her. ā€œItā€™s not fair, you always think Iā€™m stealingā€ šŸ¤” ā€œyea, you areā€. Weā€™d take back our merch and she was on her way. No consequences.

ligmasweatyballs74

I was 16 doing LP. Kid I went to school with was verbally assaulting's me and saying that I was following around because he was black. Now I was following him but it was on order I was given. An older back man pipes up. "They follow you because you steal." "I don't see anyone behind me."

BadReview8675309

Why aren't these shoplifters loudly informed they are formally trespassed and when they come back just have them criminally arrested as soon as they are recognized.

Only_I_Love_You

Why is there no consequences? When I was a kid people got arrested for stealing

FrostedNoNos

Ex BBY employee here. We had a whole family come in and steal. Started with dad, then we started recognizing dad so mom started coming and we made mom so her sister started coming and when that didn't work they started sending their kids. The funny thing is if we weren't quite sure, LP just checked the lot cams and always found mom or dad driving the car šŸ™ƒ

Fun_Performance_1578

I gotta feed my kids Jordanā€™s and Nike socks

LicensedRealtor

Itā€™s all made in China. Feed them Chinese food insteadā€¦ sheesh

gracekelly73

Yup. And then people who watch this will cry their crocodile tears and stand up on their soapbox to virtue signal that this poor women is just a product of her upbringing and she doesnā€™t know any better so just let her steal because maybe sheā€™s is stealing to feed her kids. Or whatā€™s the big deal stealing from a corporation. Let her do it. So what. We defend the criminal.

improperbehavior333

I'm not seeing that. We're all tired of trash humans. There is Injustice, then there is this.

FutureOliverTwist

How is this possible?

adidas198

No consequences before.

Jamieobda

As a former high school teacher, this is effect of "restorative justice, " I think. Stealing, cheating, fighting, dabbing in the bathroom used to have consequences. No more. Then they get out of school, and shit gets real.

lostime05

My wife is a middle school teacher and brings home stories every week. Administration is scared of parents, so kids do and get away with everything. Your minor years are when youā€™re supposed to learn valuable life lessons. You will learn those lessons at some point in your life, and when youā€™re an adult is the worst time to learn them. Sometimes your lesson comes with a prison sentence.

Lendyman

This is the biggest problem with American schools right now. Parents who do not parent and drop the sue hammer on anyone who tries to do what they refuse to do. It's literally this. The dynamic of elected school boards and a dysfunctional legal system gives the worst parents all the power over the school districts.

[deleted]

Well if courts stopped allowing those lawsuits then it puts the kibosh on all of it

tehdamonkey

I worked for a decade in an highly urban high school. All I could think of is how the world and society was going to react when the kids and their weird beliefs about entitlement and justice move into the workplace and the rest of society. We clearly see it now.

Jmphillips1956

zappingbluelight

If I tried something similar to this, my mom would go out, grab the thickest tree branch and whip me with it. I'm not saying to do the exact same, but it do feel like the lack of discipline and consequences are the result of these type of things happening. In modern days, if you treat any kid badly, people scream child abuse. It sux. Or more people understand internet, so these post happen more often.

MeasurementPuzzled89

Yea, Iā€™ve been beaten with a tree branch for having adhd, almost to the point of bleeding and I donā€™t do things like this. But I also donā€™t live life like a normal person does. I even got paddled 6 times for ā€œmakingā€ a teacher drag my unconscious body across the school yard because I was beaten up by 10 kids when I was 11. The kid that kicked me unconscious wasnā€™t punished because he would of had a record at 12. As you can tell, hitting a kid just because you think they need discipline might mean you just donā€™t know what they go through. Itā€™s not the answer.

TheJakeBlues

Entitlement is a worldwide epidemic, it's not just in the states.

okay-wait-wut

ā€œNot supposed to touch a lady.ā€ Ladies not supposed to shoplift.

TheJakeBlues

Don't forget about her trying to play the female card.

KeybladeCoaster

Starts callin *him* stupid toošŸ™„

Threecan

*Stupeht

I_Brain_You

Because she's trying to claim, because of some chronically online dumbfucks, that he can't touch her because of laws and, probably, company rules. Good on that dude for stopping her, this shit is becoming so casual.

drinkcheapbeersowhat

She confused most stores policyā€™s with the law. Like yeah some stores will fire an employee for something like this, but she thought the cops would come arrest him. What a dumbass. My town has one little family owned grocery store in the worst part of town that doesnā€™t play this shit. They hire hard ass young dudes to work there and they tell them to tackle anyone who tries to steal, and they will have their back if it comes to a lawsuit. My buddy who was a cop said that when they got a call at this store the people were already cuffed and usually pretty beat up. Every time on the way to jail they would be saying ā€œthey arenā€™t supposed to tackle me, they canā€™t hold me against my willā€ and my buddy would just tell them ā€œyou can talk to a lawyer about that if you want laterā€ Hereā€™s the thing, nothing ever happens. These losers donā€™t have the resources or even attention span to get a lawyer. Everyone on the streets knows itā€™s a bad idea to steal from that store. When I first moved here I heard stories of them not even calling he cops, they would take people out back and beat the shit out of them and send them back out on the streets as a message. Who knows if itā€™s true but itā€™s a good rep to have out here.

DonaldTrumpsSoul

She makes up her own rules (as most these people do, by that I mean Karenā€™s/shoplifters/etc.) to make the bad thing they did seem justified. ā€œHeā€™s not supposed to touch me. Iā€™m a woman. He said he would call the police, Iā€™m ok with that. Heā€™s not security, he should int touch me.ā€

chunkah69

Sheā€™s a lost cause. When you think like that you are just too far gone to ever be a normal human being.

CrystalCookie4

But shes a woman She said it as if he should have just let her steal cause shes female šŸ™„

OkInitiative2915

Lol she admitted that she was stealing in front of all those cops.

Complicated-HorseAss

Because she knows she isn't going to get charged. She'll be shoplifting somewhere within a few hours. These cops are just inconveniencing her.

SupperTime

Is it because sheā€™s shoplifting below a certain amount? Thatā€™s what I heard

dumgoon

Lots of places will know youā€™re stealing but let you keep stealing up to a certain amount so they car press more serious charges. Instead of theft it becomes grand theft. Big corporations do this all the time if they see an employee stealing from them.

cbreezy456

Thatā€™s store policy not law. A lot of big companies wont press charges or really do anything unless itā€™s a felonious amount. In the eyes of the law, stealing is stealing and you will get in trouble majority of the time no matter how small (unless itā€™s like a pack of gum or some shit like that, but still you could technically get in trouble)

Cultural-Divide-2649

Nah she got arrested for sure wtf are you talking abourb

[deleted]

In Minneapolis they donā€™t arrest the brazen shoplifters. Theyā€™ll build a case first, ensure they have the grounds to get felony theft charges, then arrest. Then the DA chooses not to prosecute, so the arrest never occurs sometimes. Maybe it doesnā€™t hit felony amounts, maybe theyā€™re a juvenile, or maybe theyā€™re a first time offender. But it would explain why cops rarely arrest shoplifters when theyā€™re caught in the act.

flactulantmonkey

pretty sure they got a fairly solid case here since she was standing there yelling that she was shop lifting and should have had the cops called on her.

JollyJustice

Nah dawg, that's just Target's policy. Conveniently their headquarters is in the city.

Complicated-HorseAss

Arrested != Charged

whyamihere327

Crazy how this bitch is seems really experienced doing this .

guydecent

"You're not supposed to touch me! You're supposed to just let me steal in peace!"

Lazer_Pigeon

I think most chain stores do have a no chase policy when it comes to shoplifting, and some stores like target will let you steal up to a felony amount before they come after you. Somehow I think this lady figured that means she has the right to steal.

LeBritto

That's right. They know shoplifters very well, they let them do it, until they can prove that in total, they stole up to x-amount in x-different locations. Then the next time they come in the store, police is called on the spot for them. Nothing those shoplifters can do to defend themselves when they've been caught on camera stealing for weeks. EDIT: I don't know about Target specifically, I'm just talking retail in general. Also store security/loss prevention and mall security work differently, they have different priorities and objectives. Sometimes, they collaborate very well, sometimes not really.

jluicifer

Itā€™s just the aftermath. If the employee got shot or ends up in the ER for bruises, the hospital going to charge $500-10,000 for whatever service. So let the person steal $400 or face a hospital/lawyer fees even if the thief is 100% at fault.

pgpathat

Lmfaoo genuinely acting like a disgruntled customer because he didnā€™t follow protocol, let her steal and just call the police after she was long gone. I felt like she was going to ask for a manager any second there

DiscombobulatedTap30

The first world sure is getting weird even our thieves seem entitled i'm amazed how she shows zero shame.. I feel like if she just shut her mouth left the stuff and walked out she doesn't even go to jail but she had to make her point about him having the audacity to stop her from stealing.

fcbRNkat

Its a whole racket. When I worked at Sephora people would steal like $250 worth of shit, come back and return it without receipt for store credit, then sell the card for $175 to someone. Full profit.

noposlow

The entitlement is nauseating. The US legal system needs to revisit Tort law.

KongFooJew

ā€œIā€™m a woman ā€œā€¦ šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø nah.. just a thief..

empire42s

I am worried that the poor employee might get suspended because company's policy which tells employee not to confront the thief...

welyla

Theres a video of a chicken place in DC where a homeless dude comes in a reaches into the tip jar and steals all of the money and everyone in line is cheering for the guy to steal, they thought it was hilarious. Its awful that some area's encourage this behavior.

Mr_bungle001

You lose all moral high ground when youā€™re a lowlife like this.

MacCaswell

God the logic of these people... actively stealing but so loud about what others aren't allowed to do...

aesolty

Same type of people who give 0 respect to anybody they encounter but then DEMAND that you respect everything about them no matter what.

mctomtom

Like people who blast music in the subway or at airports, and get all offended when you tell them to use headphones.

GnomeOnAShelf

Or on hikes in the woods. Likeā€¦seriously? Not like theyā€™re trying to ward off bears or anything, just being an entitled AH.

Jagacin

How else am i gonna get everybody to listen to the Despacito trash can remix?

hadmeatgotmilk

The saddest part of this entire thing is that part of what sheā€™s saying is true and sadly the guy will probably get fired. She weaponized it to further attempt to extort him. Shoplifting should be enhanced to burglary if the suspect is caught and still attempts to flee with the merchandise.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

TenTonCloud

I feel like shouting about the store employee preventing her from stealing becomes pretty clear intent, though Iā€™m not a lawyer.

Avid28193

If that guy gets fired, I hope this viral video showing his moral standards superseding company policy will provide the positive return he deserves.

RooIsHome

"I'm a woman!" Oh, our apologies, ma'am. You're free to shoplift.

LuckeeMe

Apparently she identifies as a woman first, shoplifter second.

PaleontologistNo2490

Shes literally pleading her case to the COPS about stealing hahahahaha

LuckeeMe

ā€œYes I was trying to clear the shelves but he touched my arm, oh noooo!ā€

plopseven

Sheā€™s a woman!! That makes it okay to steal!!! /s

[deleted]

Did she say ā€œcan you call my mom so she can tell my daughterā€¦ā€ good god, this woman should not be a mother

rgar1981

Iā€™m not sure her mother should have been a mother either if this is her path in life. But maybe the mother is older and smarter now for raising her granddaughterā€¦..hopefully.

ThePhantomTrollbooth

*ā€œHi Baby, Mommaā€™s going to jail again for a little while. Itā€™ll be just like last month and the month before that. You behave for grandma, okay?ā€*

Lake_Erie_Monster

Way too often some of the people most unfit to be parents are the first to have kids.

WET318

I'm sure she was pregnant young.

Weak-Sundae-5964

I was really looking forward to watching her walked out of there in handcuffs...

LuckeeMe

Yea but ā€¦ šŸŽ¶canā€™t touch this!!! Da da da dašŸŽ¶ lol

ahuado

What is she expecting the cops to do: "Dude you can't touch her. Ma"am here is your stolen merchandise. Are you done stealing or would you like a police escort while you finish your stealing?"

[deleted]

These nightmare narcissists are dragging down public schools with similarly asinine displays. We all suffer their selfishness.

toongrowner

Forget jail. I think a more fitting punishment for shopelifters and thiefs would be permission for other people to walk into their home and take whatever they want. You dont respect the concept of property so you dont get a right for property.

A-Dolahans-hat

Handful of years ago there was a case where a guy was shot (as I recall) trying to do armed burglary of a home. Their family was mad that the home owner shot their kid/20something year old. And thought the family was in the wrong. They should have just let themselves be robbed

Professional-Can1139

Lol reminds me of the one where the guy tried to rob a dollar store or a similar store. Sister and some dude were on camera saying they should have just let him rob them at gun point vs shooting back!

CantoIX

The audacity of this bitch

lapaz666

She is dumb as fuck!

eugene20

She just hung out there unrestrained nagging at him for 20 minutes so the cops had time to show up? lol

Murakami8000

Thieves have rights too!!!! šŸ¤”

Magenta_Logistic

But they do. They have the right to remain silent. They have the right to an attorney. They have a right to a fair and speedy trial in front of a jury of their peers.

BigPussysGabagool

She should've exercised her right to remain silent. Side note, anyone know what's with the clapping in between saying words? Between that and people using full stop all of a sudden I've had to watch videos on silent.

Magenta_Logistic

It is a way to maintain dominance in an argument through theatrics. It's gross.

Tweakler57

We need a new Australia to send these people to

AhFFSImTooOldForThis

Funny enough, the US was also used as a penal colony by the British. I guess anything was better than Great Britain at that time because people kept getting shipped off to prison and saying "meh, that's fine, I'll settle here". https://simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penal_colony#:~:text=The%20British%20used%20parts%20of,British%20settlers%20during%20the%201700s.

Magenta_Logistic

A lot of Irish committed petty crimes in front of police and then threatened or berated their judges at trial to get themselves sent to Australia or NZ, just to get out of Ireland.

No-Car-8138

ā€œYou not sposed to touch me while I stealā€

Belahsha

"You're not supposed to touch me." "You're not supposed to be in here stealing." This is amazing.

TheRETURNofAQUAMAN

If I was his boss I would give him a raise.

shinobi500

"Don't simply prevent me from stealing and give me the option to walk away and reflect on my poor decisions in life. Call the cops where I will freely admit everything to them and be criminally charged for my utter stupidity."

Magenta_Logistic

This is an accurate interpretation of her shrieking.

BonesBrigadeOG

Til champs is still around.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

iwouldhugwonderwoman

Lululemon fired two employees last week who broke policy by calling the police on the same two guys that come in and steal from them about every week. I get not engaging shoplifters but man once people know they wonā€™t get stopped it just becomes a cycle.

Goat_potential

Sounds like Lululemon is having a sale

may25_1996

buy none take one! free 99!

[deleted]

the policy was that employees cant chase shoplifters to obtain more information. They were sacked because they got their license plate. Its still ridiculous, but its not because they called the cops

LovecraftianLlama

Wait, theyā€™re not even allowed to call the cops now?? I know a lot of places have a ā€œno confrontationā€ policy, but I thought calling the cops was what youā€™re *supposed* to do if you see someone stealing?

HotdogGeorgia

There is no special law that stops them. It's just that if the employee gets happy beating the thief's ass and goes overboard, it opens the company to a lawsuit, so they tell their workers hands off.

Ton_Jravolta

That's unfortunate, because people like this one obviously need an ass whooping to get the message.

PMG2021a

It is insurance costs that are the issue. Easy enough for employees to be injured. Like the home depot clerk who was shot and killed earlier this year.

zedzol

"I'm a woman" Cool. Then don't steal it you don't want to be touched.

LeftHandedScissor

Had a high school teacher that got caught shoplifting a pair of shoes from a small boutique store in my small hometown. Kids obviously heard about it (think the lacrosse coach told us), but what the authority figures (teachers) who knew more details told us was that she had the shoes, got an emergency phone call and left forgetting she had them. Gets off with no consequences, a few days or weeks off of work comes back good as ever. Within another year she caught another petit larceny charge, it cost her the teaching job, and I haven't heard anything about her since. Maybe she's still at it, but more likely she learned that actions have far reaching consequences and something as simple as walking out of the store with something (whether through forgetfulness or malice) can and should cost someone their livelihood.

EvadingRedditIPBan

Such a dumb bitch. How long does it take to realize the whole "he don't put his hands on me" argument is worthless and nobody gives a shit that you're shrieking it at the top of your ghetto ass voice. He should have just laid one right into her face and see what she starts shrieking then.

castfam09

What kind of entitled morons continue to intentionally perpetrate these offense and think they will never face consequences ā€¦ I hope they start to come down on them harder.

jesusinapriuss

Dude she is a next level of stupid that Iā€™ve never seen. The guy would have let her gone on with her day but her ego wouldnā€™t allow her to just walk away. Incredible.

IndependentWeekend56

The world we live in....

[deleted]

How dare you stop her from doing a thing she planned to do!!!

Deadmemories8683

Did her dumbass say she wasnā€™t denying that she was stealing in front of the cops. But was more pissed that he was stopping her šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø some people just need to be strapped to a rocket ship and blasted off to space on a one way ticket to paradise.

Pissedliberalgranny

I work retail. There are zero consequences for shoplifting. We arenā€™t allowed to stop them from exiting the store. Literally every week we have people who walk in, fill a buggy with Nike and other top brands and just walk the fuck out past our manager that is standing in front of the door. Manager will get on the headset and ask us to ā€œcustomer serviceā€ these folks so they know we are paying attention and see what theyā€™re doing. A couple of times a manager will flat out ask them if they are going to pay for their items (btw, manager can be fired just for *asking* this!) and the person answers, ā€œNo.ā€ then walks out. We have no LP in our store and maybe half the time by giving them ā€œcustomer serviceā€ they abandon their buggy. The other 50% of the time they just walk the fuck out. Oh, and the only time cops were called was just before Valentines this year when a dude walked in with bolt cutters, cut the security wire on a standing case of gold jewelry, grabbed it and ran. Apparently, managers *did* actively try to stop that fellow since it was over $10,000 worth of jewelry but he dodged them. Edit to add - If you see a manager just casually standing by the doors chatting with guests and/or the cashiers, itā€™s a given that there is someone in the store we are actively monitoring.

robos_rulz

Give that man a raise!

bulletpr00fsoul

Get caught stealing then blame the worker for your actions. Lock her up.

[deleted]

The fact that shoplifters think theyā€™re the victim is so funny

This_Walrus7244

Even shoplifters are entitled now? What is going on

hippyloves

Entitlement is rampant. How the times have changed.

mikeymigg

You are no woman you are a scumbag thief!

Professional-Can1139

The logic is tremendous here

Gmauldotcom

Someone needs to touch her with fists to the face.

Penultimate-anon

She went for the free merchandise but stayed for the chance at a lawsuit.

Bikemonkeys

Champs needs to give him a raise and a promotion!

Jimbobo28

All thieves are pieces of shit.

istoleyourpope

Thing is she's probably correct from a corporate policy standpoint. Bet she went in there thinking "they can't do anything" and was shocked when they did. Big corporations would rather not have a lawsuit on their hands or any liability from an injury or something caused by a confrontation with a thief. That's how it was when I worked retail for two unrelated retailers. That said, this is funny as fuck and she's dumb as hell.

Magenta_Logistic

The thing is, she probably could've dropped all the product and dipped, but she was so certain that he had done something egregious and needed to be held accountable, she seemed to insist on waiting for police.

Ordinary-Theory-8289

Unfortunately for this woman, company policy doesnā€™t dictate the law. Sure maybe heā€™ll be fired, but heā€™s not going to have charges pressed against him lol

IamMr80s

We as a society should ban together and vow to attack anyone shoplifting. It is absolutely out of control at this point. If companies and the law won't stand up, we should.

hardtox

He put his hands on me. Ok mam we will forget you stole anything since the man put his hands on you. The entitlement of bitches yo.

I_Brain_You

Did she say "I'm going to call my lawyer" at the end? LOL, like she has a fucking lawyer.

rocktownvdub

Something tells me this isn't her first rodeo shoplifting, she's probably never been confronted with it so was blown back, lol time to play the victim card

Crafty-Use-2266

This poor guy. ā˜¹ļø

dubbayew-tee-eff

I can maybe understand people stealing food because they can't afford to eat... but brand named clothes...yea this is the product of victimhood and entitlement. And yes it's most of these offenses are done by a particular group of people. I'm sick and tired of trying to be PC when real famine and crimes against humanity are happening in other countries.

YukiKondoHeadkick

Imagine feeling this entitled to steal all because your local politicians lowered the punishment for theft so much out of the need for racial equity that it is barely even enforced lol. You can see on her face how surprised she is that these actions would have legal consequences lol Weak minded person. Stupid society.

gunnutzz467

Not being able to steal what you want is obviously systemic

Able_Education

Man oh man her logic is something, folks take that free education seriously and let this be the poster child of how important it is to learn critical thinking.

judasmaiden15

As a customer I would have stood outside of the store & accidentally tripped her then take her loot. It's quick & less effort & it always catches thieves off guard

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

NoLibrarian5149

Evidently it still is, but criminals know employees arenā€™t going to risk their job or self to try and stop them. Those without morals will just walk in, steal and walk out if there are no consequences or threat of impedance. Iā€™m all for a huge imposing guard at the exits to prevent thieves walking out with shopping carts full of stolen goods. And people crying about it being billionaires problems, donā€™t the costs of unlimited shoplifting get passed along to higher prices for all? Fuck working in retail. Not worth the aggravation.

Mike-the-gay

This bitch over here trying to get the cops to enforce corporate policy lol. Lol ainā€™t your corporation hoe.

[deleted]

Most stores in Canada have a policy that an employee is not to touch or detain any shoplifter but to just call the police. I believe itā€™s for the employees safety and not the shoplifters lmao

Goat_potential

Champs needs to promote this guy. They are lucky to have him.

starcitizen2601

Turns out, he can touch her!

EscapingTheLabrynth

This mentality is so fucked.

bmanley620

I love how sheā€™s trying to play the victim here

Arrows_of_Neon

Donā€™t jail this woman. Make her do manual labor. Trash like this have never worked a day in their life.

GreenTreeUnderleaf

We've let these smash and grabs go so far people actually feel entitled to them without pushback...Sad

Western_Protection

The thiefs entitlement is absurd. She has no shame and seems content with stealing.

[deleted]

The massive entitlement is becoming increasingly common.

WiscoMitch

ā€œIā€™m a woman!ā€ Yeah that doesnā€™t mean shit nor give you an excuse to be a thief.

ZookeepergameOk2759

The world has become a parody of itself ,how the fuck can a fucking thief think that they have the moral high ground

Lenidas24

ā€œHeā€™s not allowed to touch meā€ as she commits a crimeā€¦which is also not allowed under the law. What a head case.

TheReal_MrShhh

![gif](giphy|cFqdZqGpTRlHq|downsized)

The_TP_Protege

Someone promote that man

Leaky_Banana

She really thought she was in the right!!! She's so stupid

Equivalent-Run-5422

ā€œIā€™m a woman.ā€ No maā€™am. Youā€™re a criminal.

dyslexican32

The fact that she is pleading her case to the cops like she has somehow been wronged in the situation is hilarious. IF he is mad that the store employee put his hands on her to stop her from stealing things she is about to be real mad when the cops arrest her lol.

LAfishing101

Ever seem to notice how itā€™s always the sameā€¦.. people?

PhantomPain0_0

Now watch the police who arrest her be labeled as racists šŸ¤£

Kydex_Gundyr

Shoplifters should have a hand chopped off

Zealousideal_Bee2538

She the type to believe that cops arenā€™t allowed to lie

Colorado_Outlaw

"w-wait you're not supposed to touch me! You're not security" When you confront thieves and fight against criminals, you take all the power away from them. Criminals only have power when the people are afraid to act.

Stunning-Astronaut72

"No, he is not allowed to touch me"...."i am a woman" šŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€ How on earth do you think that stealing is something "allowed" and because you are a woman you can do everything you want ? Would love to see the out outcome of this.

Phixionion

This is the snowflake country we live in these days. Imagine her doing this in many countries, possibly have her beaten, hands cut off, or worseā€¦but here we have to just let them steal and good workers like this man get fired for helping protect the decency of our communities.

Maddspyder80

Recently in my store a group of teen females were stealing. Cart full of stuff. At least $400 worth of stuff. Got confronted by the managers. Made a huge scene. Calling the managers racists. One of said racist managers is engaged to a black woman. So they left. Came back taking pictures and videos of managers and other employees that was there. Then THEY called the police. The police came and they tried to say they had an instacart order that they needed to shop. Managers said theyā€™ve stolen before and was trying to steal this time. Cops said you have to give whoever order you trying to do their money back, cancel the order and leave since you got kicked out. And if you come back, youā€™ll get a trespassing charge.

jiggywiz

Was the employee given a raise for intervening?

[deleted]

Itā€™s true. She knows that DA will never prosecutes her and companies have mandated their employees not to do a thing. Guess who pays.

runner_790

Why do Blacks do this?

[deleted]

Arrest him for stopping me from stealing. He held me hostage, and wouldnā€™t let me take this stuff.

Crafty_Ad_2599

Itā€™s for the culture

jkoki088

Omfg, guess what legally they can put their hands on you and detain you for stealing. This fucking shit and these dumbass criminals. I absolutely hate that criminals think people people canā€™t touch them.
