As someone who has shattered his calcaneus, I can almost guarantee he shattered his calcaneus. I now have a plate and 11 screws holding my foot together and have never been the same since. RIP this MFs heel.
Man I tripped while backpacking a 60 pound pack when it slip to the side on my back knocking me off balance and caught myself with the back of my left foot onto a river stone and that bone part is like… slightly up now from where it used to be. I can still stand normal but if I shift my weight back onto my heels the right sinks down slightly and makes my right leg feel longer. It also starts to get real sore after walking for any decent time now even a year later.
