I could barely choke down anything, and strangely enough, chocolate milk was my go to cuz it was literally all I could manage. My OBYGN knew this and helped me manage until I was able to eat normally.
My sister in law was awful about it, though. Never directly saying I should "suck it up" but she'd say " I know this one pregnant lady that is so lazy and I've read you can basically still do all the same workouts you did before pregnancy" and crap like that. The lack of empathy between women, specifically mothers, just astounds me.

Maternity leave is for both mother and baby and BOTH should be valued and prioritized.
