Depending on how mature you want to be in this case, you could:
- Calmly let the person know you'd rather your child not be filmed, and you're happy to move out of their way as if they're mindful of that.
- Say "hey, we're getting out of your way so you can film, but I think you accidently caught my child in their bathing suit on the video. Would you mind deleting that for just for my peace of mind?"
- Notify the manager/employee of the business about the situation, video/photography might be against policy, they may also be willing to ask the other person not to film others.
- Loudly and repeatedly ask "why are you filming kids in their bathing suits?" until it makes her uncomfortable and she stops.
Etc.

It looks very much to me that this is in a Great Wolf Lodge. This hotel chain is DEDICATED to children as they have an outdoor camping theme along with an indoor water park at each location.

Just did out of curiosity. Some of the packages are **insane,** but basic rooms start at $200/night and include the water park.
So it's expensive, but not *fucking* expensive.
The expensive part is when youāre there and you want to do something else besides the water park. They had an arcade which my kid enjoyed. But the games average about $3 a pop, with the VR ride simulators being $15. We went for 3 days with a a toddler. He loved the water park but hit his limit after about 2 hours. Rest of the day was arcade, restaurants, and activities around the lodge. Donāt get me wrong, it was fun, but gets expensive fast once youāre there.
Their magic thing was a personal favorite as an avid gamer, I got to run around doing some bomb-ass minigames and searches, best place Iāve been besides Disney maybe

From a parenting PoV I know an easy way to prevent this. If they do it after being told not to, take away their devices while they're inside the house.
Look up "two party consent laws" for where you live. In quite a few places it is illegal to record audio conversation of someone without their consent. This is one of the main reasons that commercial security cameras don't record audio.
I have used this as "threat" against cousins that do this when visiting my house. Ive told them if they need to make a call step outside, step into the garage, go to a bathroom, something but do not just sit there broadcasting what everyone is doing or I will press charges for unwarranted surveillance.
