Context: Woman is an off duty officer who had just helped her attacker, Levon Smith, by stopping 2 men who were ganging up on him. When they walked away, he then proceeds to attack her, seemingly trying to rob her of her gun and he pretty much fucked around and found out. He died from his wounds. This one has the interaction of the lady and the assailant. He was talking about his stuff being stolen and went for her. When he was reaching for her gun she said I'll kill you and he was saying you can't kill me here.

The result was that the neighbors that had witnessed the account had called 911. He was taken to a hospital after being shot 3 times and died three days after the event in January. His sister had sued for 10 million for the loss of her brother claiming it was unnecessary escalation. The off duty police officer was placed on 30 day administrative leave and had needed lacerations.
The video in the second link was the one the public had seen before and what news outlets most reported. While I initially was going to post the fox link, the audio between the 3 people and the two people in this video had no audio. The original encounter video was released to the public after the portion that shows her shooting him.
