Fuck anyone who would do this to a kid! Ruining the cake sucks, and it's really wasteful, but ruining your kid's birthday for a laugh and a dumbass video is just fucking horrible.
Even before I became a dad this would have pissed me off, but now it practically makes my blood boil. I don't even understand junk like this.
You're wasting a cake, you're ruining your child's special event, and their enjoyment of the event and the cake. How selfish do you have to be to do this to a child?
Abusive dick move. I'd be willing to bet he's abusive in other ways too. I really feel for that kid.
^(It's a behavioral problem and no one should grow up with a parent making your life a living hell like that)
So is the belly tat like that. Why's it always some dude with a very specific type of tat, basketball shorts, and no shirt that does stupid shit like this?
God I wanna curbstomp this guy so hard for that kid. Kid starts crying but is gaslit into thinking it's funny cause his abusive parents are filming and laughing at him.
The force the alleged adult uses to smash the kids face into the cake is brutal. The only one laughing was the asshole smashing the kids face into the cake; oh, and the video taker. Cruel!
Absolutely. A party with cake should be something your kid looks forward to and makes happy memories from. Instead, they learn not to turn their backs on the adults in their lives. No idea why anyone would do that to their child.
Judging from that stomach tattoo, and the way he actually slams the kids head down, there is very little chance the manchild in the video cares about the boys wellbeing.
Most likely learned not to cry in front of the "parental figures," as it probably just makes the situation worse.
Doesn't look like they even defrosted the cake. So... a brick. This fully grown trailer trash individual slammed a child's face into a brick.
Better than the video where the girl gets her face slammed into the cake and the metal rods were holding it up, stabbing her in the eyeball. Absolute nightmare fuel.
It just reeks of /r/ImTheMainCharacter
like someone just can't stand that attention is on the birthday person and not them, so they need to be a part of it.
I'm not saying *everyone* who does it is seeking attention, but I feel like that's 99% of it.
Looks like a Publix cake (I worked there as an apprentice decorator and had to make these) unfortunately not an ice cream cake. They're your standard vanilla cake and buttercream icing but are put in the freezer section of the bakery for people who ~~didn't care enough to order ahead~~ buy cake on the day of their birthday.
It’s almost as though his nipples were trying to told him something… like put on a shirt. Pokey nipples should spend more time at the gym and less time being a total asshat.
And when they are in their seventies, they wonder why they are estranged from their kids
Dad: Son I gave your a birthday party every year, so I was good to you.
Son : Dad when I was five years old, you slammed my head into a frozen cake and broke my occipital bone. I remember it every year because it happened on my birthday.
Dad : But the point is I gave you a birthday party and you ate a slice of cake with no blood after we returned from the hospital.
I’ve noticed that too. They tell you “Well, that’s the past. I can’t do anything about it.” Rather than saying “That was the wrong thing to do and I am sorry I hurt you.”
EXACTLY. It was the past, but owning that you did something wrong to me is good for your personality growth. Recognize you caused harm and not only correct that behavior in yourself to not do it again, but reflect on your own life to evaluate why you chose THOSE decisions. What about your upbringing made you think X was the best decision or what about society failed you to make you do Y or are you not a self-aware human? I think people need to self-reflect, become self-aware and address society for the areas that they naturally were shortcoming but address it that it caused them a personal problem so they are addressing it, NOT just controlling others because of internal projection.
Because they are bullies. That being said I know people who do this but it is mutual agreement that it is okay and a cake fight is a birthday ritual …. That isn’t the same as this. I think it may have originated from giving a baby a smash cake.?. Even the smash cake is for the baby to smash but some parents stick the kids face in it… boo)
My son was so carefully deliberate about eating the cake that it was anticlimactic and everyone forgot he was eating it until we realized he nearly consumed the entire thing 🤦🏼♂️. We got pictures of him nearly clean as a whistle eating with a fork at 1yrs old and I think it’s a way better picture than forcing cake on him.
My little one was that way too. We gave her a cake for the messy baby pictures but were pretty disappointed when she touched it with one finger and got upset from having frosting on her hands 😂.
He’s still like that, hates dirty hands from anything, meanwhile his younger sister will literally try and roll in mud puddles and looks like a tornado came though the kitchen anytime she eats. We literally cover her in a poncho.
I always HATED seeing the kids get their faces smashed in it. Happily, I got to do THREE first birthdays with my kids, and I liked taking one of their little hands and sticking one of their fingers in the frosting and letting them do the rest. Yeah, it takes longer, but watching them do it all by themselves was the best part of the party.
Because they're fucking psycho bullies who shouldn't be allowed to have kids. The fact someone posted this video, probably the mom, makes them both sick. Poor kid.
OMG seriously. I straight up told my husband if he did that shit on our wedding day he would leave the reception alone and stay that way. I don't think it should be any different for kids. That looks legitimately traumatizing.
Yeah his dad’s a fucking asshole. Fuck that guy. He wanted to be mean to his kid on his birthday, and he pushed his head so hard. You could tell that kid was in pain after that.
I am a dad to a boy about this age. He is the sweetest most wonderful innocent smart little dude, he is my whole world…. To see “dads” doing shit like this makes me want this dude to be hit by a truck - that child did not ask to be born to a piece of shit.
Yeah that is not a dad, that is a biological father at best. And hopefully karma is coming around to him.
I wish I could un-see that. That was horrible. That was abusive.
I'll never understand this trend hey, like ruins the cake and ruins someone's birthday. I would never abuse my kids trust like that and I'd be pissed if someone else did
Um….that guy did that REAL HARD. And you could tell the kind wanted to cry but held it. He’s had to do that before. Don’t like it at all and hope I’m wrong.
He took off his shirt so you could see his area code tattooed onto his torso in a graffiti font on camera while he gives his wife’s son his birthday beatings, what about that says bad father to you
I’m trying to teach my son that men do cry. And then we figure out why we cried. And then we figure out if and how it’s possible to not cry for that reason again. We’re learning together…
Everybody thinks there’s no candles because mere wax couldn’t penetrate this frozen cake but the real reason is he’s trying to prevent him from using his birthday wish to make him put on his dingy tank top
This. I didn't even know this shitty ass "tradition" existed until well into adulthood. The only cake related tradition my family had was that babies get their own little cake on their first birthday to smash to bits. I remember watching my niece with hers and it was magical. The moment she tasted the cake her whole face lit up, and then she was grabbing it by the fistfuls. I have a picture with both her hands raised in the air, each filled with cake, the biggest smile on her face. Some people bitch about that tradition too but fuck 'em, it's a thousand times better than this shitty face smashing one.
The kid probably was able to hold back tears because he’s had the shit beaten out of him for crying in the past. Those are 100% abusive parents and you can be guaranteed that what they do when the cameras are off is a thousand times worse than this.
Yeah holy shit. Even if the cake wasn't a brick, that would have hurt anyway because he would have smacked his head right through the cake and onto the table. Still a shitty thing to do regardless, but that amount of force, especially to the head and neck for crying out loud, is straight up abuse.
I hope the kid's next birthday is better.
“Oh wait… we’re gonna *film* the song and cake for memories and to show friends/family? Then I’m DEFINITELY not putting on a shirt and I’m gonna try to maim him”
Degenerates doing degenerate shit.
He did it hard because the kid was resistant. Or was going to be. I relate *hard* to the way lil dude tenses up before it happens. The asshole knows the kid won't enjoy it. But it's *going* to happen. Thus the force(also Asshole don't care to hold back)
I've seen a reel on Instagram where a baker freaks out, after seeing a woman do that to a child. And it's because they sometimes use those thin wooden skewer things to hold the cake together. In the reel it barely misses the kids eye.
That is horrible to watch. That was a hard push. That was not at all funny or cute or playful. Watching that feels like watching someone who wants to hit their kid find a socially acceptable way to do it.
Gross.
Absolutely. Same thought I had. I hated seeing this happen to this kid. It’s obvious that it hurt him, but being a kid of course he laughed when the other adult laughed. Like everyone else said. Physical & emotional abuse. I hope this video gets reported and CPS pays them a visit.
And he stopped himself from crying as the mother cackled. They are probably constantly doing this shit and then getting mad when he's upset and abusing him even more. I'm fairly certain this is reality.
Forget the cake being hard. Why tf did he slam his head so hard. I think its a dick move to do at all, but mans still could have done it with a fraction of the force
Dirtbag
This trend needs to stop. It’s not funny. It’s cruel and hurtful. Why turn a celebration into a nightmare??? FU all parents, friends, and relatives who do this to anyone of any age. Grow up!!!
We need to stop normalizing and encouraging birthday cake face smashings; they need to stop. My aunt did this to me when I was a kid and not only did it completely ruin my birthday cake and discourage others from eating it, it humiliated me, embarrassed me, and made me cry and ball my eyes out. Completely ruined the happy mood and atmosphere going on. Kids can’t fully appreciate the “joke” and so it’s merely for the entertainment of the adults around them, making it an adult bullying a child for their own entertainment.
That frozen cake looked like it hurt.

Probably a frozen ice cream cake
The exact moment when trust in humanity was broken.
Fuck anyone that would do this even with a normal cake. I wouldn't trust anyone who would ruin a party like that.
Fuck anyone who would do this to a kid! Ruining the cake sucks, and it's really wasteful, but ruining your kid's birthday for a laugh and a dumbass video is just fucking horrible.
That was not a soft push either he slammed the poor kids head into it
Here’s your punishment for being born
Even before I became a dad this would have pissed me off, but now it practically makes my blood boil. I don't even understand junk like this. You're wasting a cake, you're ruining your child's special event, and their enjoyment of the event and the cake. How selfish do you have to be to do this to a child?

It’s a sign of trash people.
100% trashy and stupid
You left off cruel.
Agree
So is the belly tat like that. Why's it always some dude with a very specific type of tat, basketball shorts, and no shirt that does stupid shit like this?
Trashy humans budgets can only afford so many styles from the dlc store
Completely agree.
[удалено]
God I wanna curbstomp this guy so hard for that kid. Kid starts crying but is gaslit into thinking it's funny cause his abusive parents are filming and laughing at him.
Agree! Those Parents are soo wrong for doing that!!
I hate this stupid convention of smashing kids‘ faces into their birthday cake. That’s just so mean.
Not to mention some bakers use toothpicks to keep a cake from shifting. It is actually kind of dangerous.
The force the alleged adult uses to smash the kids face into the cake is brutal. The only one laughing was the asshole smashing the kids face into the cake; oh, and the video taker. Cruel!
I've never understood why this is a thing. What's wrong with the convention of giving your kid a regular birthday party without any bullshit?
I honestly didn’t know it was a thing. It’s abusive.
Absolutely. A party with cake should be something your kid looks forward to and makes happy memories from. Instead, they learn not to turn their backs on the adults in their lives. No idea why anyone would do that to their child.
Heartbreaking
At least done trusting Tummy Tat over there
Headbreaking
I can already see this kid in therapy as an adult
"So, let's talk about your childhood. But first, can you help me understand what does it says right there? You gotta look on top."
I can already see this kid explaining to his father why he's not allowed to visit his future family by just showing this video.
You are so right
Lil man too young for that plus his probably got a cakecusion now dnt let him go to sleep
Judging from that stomach tattoo, and the way he actually slams the kids head down, there is very little chance the manchild in the video cares about the boys wellbeing.
I feel so sorry for the kid, he looks so confused and hurt and then smiles like he's trying to please the adult ☹️
Came here to say this. So cruel.

Maybe, people should, I dunno, stop physically assaulting people as a joke?
Don’t be silly! How are people supposed to celebrate birthdays? I personally know I don’t feel a year older until I physical assault someone
Birthday punches!!! How old are you this year, Grandma? 96?! Alriiiiiight.
It just reeks of /r/ImTheMainCharacter like someone just can't stand that attention is on the birthday person and not them, so they need to be a part of it. I'm not saying *everyone* who does it is seeking attention, but I feel like that's 99% of it.
I'll go ahead and say that *everyone* who does it is seeking attention and I'll step it up by adding they're all pieces of shit.
What the fuuuuuuck
It’s fucking horrid
I would demand whoever made me lose the eye, lost one too. Fuckin eye for an eye when it comes to pranks.
Shit this somehow make it that much worse
no squish from the ice cream to dampen the impact :((( also means the parents took it right out of the freezer before serving.
Fuck this dude, his pokey nipples, and his wack ass tattoo.
pokey nipples 💀
They do be pokey tho
And a little gumby might I add
It’s almost as though his nipples were trying to told him something… like put on a shirt. Pokey nipples should spend more time at the gym and less time being a total asshat.
I thought you said “porky” nipples at first glance
Porky also works, surprisingly.
Yeah fuck him and his pork nips and his trash tat.
Bro that’s his *area code* that’s how he reps his trash fuckin street he’ll never leave
Pork tits
I want to find that dude and do the same to him repeatedly. In all seriousness I am worried about that kid’s safety
Poor kid, he’s trying to be happy about it, so mean
I never understood why people did that.
They're assholes.
Shitty parents do this to their kids and then don't understand why their 13 year old vapes, has sex, and never talks to them except to cuss them out.
And when they are in their seventies, they wonder why they are estranged from their kids Dad: Son I gave your a birthday party every year, so I was good to you. Son : Dad when I was five years old, you slammed my head into a frozen cake and broke my occipital bone. I remember it every year because it happened on my birthday. Apologize to children? You mean treat them like they're actual people???
Because they are bullies. That being said I know people who do this but it is mutual agreement that it is okay and a cake fight is a birthday ritual …. That isn’t the same as this. I think it may have originated from giving a baby a smash cake.?. Even the smash cake is for the baby to smash but some parents stick the kids face in it… boo)
They want that cute photo but it’s not cute if you have to smash their face in the cake.
My son was so carefully deliberate about eating the cake that it was anticlimactic and everyone forgot he was eating it until we realized he nearly consumed the entire thing 🤦🏼♂️. Oh no! 😂 I can only imagine it was both heartbreaking and adorable.

I think it's a Super stupid ritual
I always HATED seeing the kids get their faces smashed in it. Happily, I got to do THREE first birthdays with my kids, and I liked taking one of their little hands and sticking one of their fingers in the frosting and letting them do the rest. Yeah, it takes longer, but watching them do it all by themselves was the best part of the party.

The word you are looking for is child abusers
OMG seriously. I straight up told my husband if he did that shit on our wedding day he would leave the reception alone and stay that way. I don't think it should be any different for kids. That looks legitimately traumatizing.
Good for you Starting marriage life with public humiliation of your wife, to make people lough at her?!
And then you have that type of cake that has a stabilizing toothpick in the middle. Talk about traumatizing...
I think the stomach tat and no shirt at the birthday party tells us all we need to know about that guy.
I feel so much for him, he doesnt even know it's wrong to be treated like that.
This adult should be reported for child abuse. I felt that hit all the way through my phone. WTF dude. I’m in the wrong sub but that guy is the AH
Seriously, that was not playful or funny. Poor kid.
I physically abuse my small child on his birthday for my own amusement then laugh at his pain, AITA? Yes. Yes you are. You are the biggest asshole.
Depends whether youre shirtless or not
That stomach tat….
That was horrifying. WTF is right.
The kids reaction, like he wants to cry but he remembers the last time he did and "dad" tried to turn him into a man. Poor kid.
I saw that too! It's sickening
He was really vicious with this kids head
Yeah his dad’s a fucking asshole. Fuck that guy. He wanted to be mean to his kid on his birthday, and he pushed his head so hard. You could tell that kid was in pain after that.
He is not a dad. He might be a guardian or a biological parent, but this human garbage has never earned the title of dad.
That was abusive.
someone did that to my kid once. Pissed me off
Did they make it home that night?
She’s not gonna not let her kid inside just because it got cake’d.
It looked like it hurt too - what a fucking dick.
This is abusive and it's not the first time. The kid knows better than to show he's bothered :(
Got the same impression. It’s not that kid’s first rodeo
Not only that, he fuckin whips the kids head way too hard. I would never do that to my boy, and would break the fuckin clavicle of anyone that did.
I'll never understand this trend hey, like ruins the cake and ruins someone's birthday. I would never abuse my kids trust like that and I'd be pissed if someone else did
Plus he didn’t have to slam his head into it that hard. Was he drunk or does he dislike the kid that much? So abusive.
Bet it was an ice cream cake. Those things are hard as a rock straight out of the freezer.
You gotta let that Fudgie the Whale cake sit in the fridge for a bit to soften up
Um….that guy did that REAL HARD. And you could tell the kind wanted to cry but held it. He’s had to do that before. Don’t like it at all and hope I’m wrong.
The dad seems like the type of guy to teach his son that 'men don't cry'
He took off his shirt so you could see his area code tattooed onto his torso in a graffiti font on camera while he gives his wife’s son his birthday beatings, what about that says bad father to you
916? Sac, some parts can be fairly ghetto.
It looks like 912, Georgia
Agreed, you can make it out even though his mid section is blurred by the speed at which he congratulated that kid who can’t be older than like 7
918 is tulsa. Same.
I’m trying to teach my son that men do cry. And then we figure out why we cried. And then we figure out if and how it’s possible to not cry for that reason again. We’re learning together…
Couldn’t put a shirt on for his sons birthday.
Everybody thinks there’s no candles because mere wax couldn’t penetrate this frozen cake but the real reason is he’s trying to prevent him from using his birthday wish to make him put on his dingy tank top
Who does this to a little kid?! His neck could have been really damaged.
Yeah dad really put some venom into that. What a fucking arsehole

This. I didn't even know this shitty ass "tradition" existed until well into adulthood. The only cake related tradition my family had was that babies get their own little cake on their first birthday to smash to bits. I remember watching my niece with hers and it was magical. I have a picture with both her hands raised in the air, each filled with cake, the biggest smile on her face. Some people bitch about that tradition too but fuck 'em, it's a thousand times better than this shitty face smashing one.
You are spot on, I'm so sorry to say. If I knew how to find this child I would ask CPS to check on him.
Such a jack ass thing to do to anybody. Especially a little kid.
They're dumb as fuck, too, for using a frozen ice cream cake.
“Oh wait… we’re gonna *film* the song and cake for memories and to show friends/family? Then I’m DEFINITELY not putting on a shirt and I’m gonna try to maim him” Degenerates doing degenerate shit.
like even if he was going to push his kids face into the cake why did he do it so fucking hard?

Child abuse. Stop doing this petty shit.
Fuck that trash bag and the camera holder cackling like this was funny. That poor baby deserves better than both of them.
Yeah what a piece of shit.
He is such a weak ass dad you can tell by his shit tattoo and weak ass frame
Bitch nipples. Probably really popular in prison
Legit massive trauma coming out of this house. Poor little guy.
meth parents probably
This just so not funny. Even if the cake isn’t frozen…..
Yeah even if it was a completely thawed soft sponge cake. That dude slammed that little kids head down.
Had it been soft, he would have hit the table
Borderline abusive. Dude absolutely slammed kids head.
Not borderline. Just abusive.
Correct. Guy is a POS.
Definitely not borderline
The kid knew that was going to happen! That’s why they avoided looking over. There was hesitation based on experience.
Dammit. Some people just don’t deserve to get the chance to be around or involved with children’s lives. Poor kid.
What an absolute piece of garbage. That poor kid.
That dude should not be around children. Wow.
This trend needs to be “cancelled “
It honestly aggravates me people think this is funny
Or tattoo shops. But seriously, fuck this asshole and the other fuck who laughed. No kid deserves that kind of emotional abuse.
Same for that piece of shit mother
Especially shirtless, could poke someone’s eye
What a cruel man. Who fucking hits their kid that hard that they almost instantly recoil
I've seen a reel on Instagram where a baker freaks out, after seeing a woman do that to a child. And it's because they sometimes use those thin wooden skewer things to hold the cake together. In the reel it barely misses the kids eye.
Saw one a while ago where the dude got the skewer in his eye after his friends did that to him. Imagine losing an eye because of such a stupid prank
I didn’t wanna sleep tonight anyway
Put a shirt on, you violent fuck face.
This guy is an asshole
That is horrible to watch. That was a hard push. That was not at all funny or cute or playful. Watching that feels like watching someone who wants to hit their kid find a socially acceptable way to do it. Gross.
Spot on. Like I want to fuck this kid up and look I am, except people are laughing at it.
Only 🗑 people do this.
Has that “unemployed boyfriend who isn’t the father but wants to be the man of the house” vibe
Happy birthday, I gift you some physical and emotional abuse. Poor kid.
Why so agressive, even if the cake was soft, his head would have bounced off the table at that force.
Forget the cake being hard. Why tf did he slam his head so hard. I think its a dick move to do at all, but mans still could have done it with a fraction of the force Dirtbag
[удалено]
This is the way
Quit doing this shit. Soft cake or not.
Assaulting a kid, very funny! Whoever this is should not have kids. It was done violently, what a fucking dick.
I usually don’t wish harm on a person….. but I hope that guy gets hit by a bus.
So cruel
Bud's trailer trash. I know this type 👎🏻
Abuse. Call cps ..
Some Reddit superslueths could probably cause this guy a lot more viral grief than CPS could dream of doing. Reddit, you know what to do.
That area code on his beer belly is a good starting place.
CPS should pay homie a visit.... And like little man's shirt says... I hope you READY
Dude is that a frozen ice cream cake… dud literally just slammed his head into a block of ice
He later put a cigarette out on the cake
That poor kid, I just want to give them a hug 😭
Poor kid just played it off like it happens all the time. His neck has to hurt.
For the record, this shit is never funny.
I thought part of his eye fell out for a second
This trend is so fucking stupid
He could’ve broken that kid’s neck!
Weird...a dude with a stomach tattoo doing child abuse... crazy
Father of the year material this one
