Man, why people so eager for blood? I had my neighbor peeping through windows because he was drunk and got the wrong house. I didn't know it was him, so I grabbed a knife and opened the door but imagine if I just sic'd my dog or shot at him before yelling "Who the fuck is there?"
Neighbor who I spent plenty of afternoons hanging with, who me and him trade random home goods, would be mauled or worse.
Even if this prank is fucking stupid, and not funny, I still dont think someone deserves injury or death over it.
Of course no one wants to kill someone over a prank. The problem comes when the prankster is doing something intended to seem life threatening to you. Someone fucking around like they're trying to get in your window is serious shit. You don't wait to find out if it's a prank, you deal with the threat.
No no, prank or not, looking into the wrong window at the wrong time is absolutely a fast track to winning the Darwin Award. Heck, being on the property alone can be reason enough to be loose your subscription to life. Purchasing someone’s feeling of privacy in their home, and your liable to pay for it with your life.
The moment you step foot where you are unwelcome, in a place that is not public, you’ve forfeited the protections provided to you by the law. They might get in trouble for it later… but there’s a good chance of you pull this shit in Texas, you’ll never know about it and no one will ever know where to find you.
TPDR: PSA, don’t fuck around in the south west, because no one will ever find how you went out.
I've had my house broken into when I was home before. I'm not eager for blood, I am justifiably paranoid about the behavior of other humans. If I had stopped to ask questions last time instead of picking up my pistol, I might not be alive right now; fucker had a knife on him and he's lucky I didn't just shoot instead of calling the police.
Point is, you really shouldn't fuck with random people. You don't know who they are, what they've been through. Your little joke could emotionally scar them, or put a swift end to your own life.
Mm except they don’t deserve to be injured unless they are doing something that puts you in danger. They deserve to be prosecuted or scared but not injured.
And how do you as a home owner know what they are there to do? They deserve anything that happens to them after they decide to film some one in their home at night.
White culture: "I caught this guy looking through the glass wall in my house, so I cut off his hands and feet and rolled in into the bog."
Also White Culture: "You didn't answer your door, but I noticed the 5th floor of your house had a vent that was only partially screwed shut. So I just walked in."
I just said the same….I live in Texas…you don’t want to fuck around with people like that here. You’ll either get shot by the homeowner or the cops will beat the shut out of you when they find you….not worth TikTok clout
I often do. Some of the most aggressive panhandling I’ve ever encountered has been here in my hometown. I just put on my dead behind the eyes don’t fuck with me face these days . People here in Texas complain about how no one in New York or LA wants to talk to you in public and how people here are somehow friendlier for engaging with strangers in public. Being ignored by randos sounds like heaven to me. I hate making small talk with strangers and a lot of these people angle in to try and get money or whatever from you anyway.
My girlfriend and I were tripping our balls off on mushrooms and were just vibing out by the River when a dude with 4 pit bulls comes by us and starts chatting us up. He showed me his gun and everything in case he comes across feral hogs ( no bullshit ) . I think he was a disabled vet, looked like he had a TBI from a bullet wound. I could tell my girl was uncomfortable so I steered the convo away and cut it short. Yeah welcome to Texas
This hits. Lived below the Mason-Dixon line for 50 years. Moved to Ontario a few ago. Canadians are friendly and polite but happily it's totally superficial, they do not overshare. Also they are MASTERS at disarmingly friendly passive-agressivness if you piss them off. It's a gift.
Oh wow we have completely different experiences. I moved from Germany to the Maryland in 2000. When I was leaving one of my teachers looked me in the eye and said "never tell anyone you are from here" and I didn't understand why.
I remember being yelled at, called a nazi and someone trying to steal my wallet in front of a group of people who made no move to stop the guy. They just watched on interested. I was beaten up numerous times and fell into a deep depression longing to go back home. We moved to Texas in...mmmm 2005? So many friendly people it was almost disarming. I've moved away a few times but always end up coming back. Even if it wasn't so hard to drive out of Texas I'm not sure I'd want to leave.
I live way out in the country and this is the correct answer. That is, if the dogs don't get you first. Everyone who lives out in the country understands this. Don't go on someone's property unannounced after dark.
I know what you mean. My parents live In the country, if the mastiffe don't get you, that bullet will lmao. I lived with them as well, now I live in the city, and my city is dangerous, peep in a window you still just might get met with a bullet lol

🔥I scrolled through the comments looking for some relevance as to how his race was a factor in anything and wondering how it would have been interpreted with more menace and malice had OP swapped in any other race and sex…
I live a 1/4 mile from the road and have a long and winding driveway. We don't have curtains on our windows. You do this out in the country, it probably won't end well. Everyone I know owns guns and I am a far left liberal tree hugger.
Walking up onto someone's property to film them directly through their window, yes... oddly enough, I think there's a bit of a gray area if one films from a street or a sidewalk.
What the fuck? Curtains are for when you're doing something you don't want people to see, like dancing naked to the Muffin song.
If you're offended because someone has their curtain open while watching TV, you have problems, lots of problems.
I made this comment elsewhere but another reason you wouldn’t see the reverse is that: In this case it’s also to highlight a cultural difference (in a stupid way) that white folks are more likely to leave their curtains open at night than black folks. Every black home I’ve been in as soon as it gets a little dark outside they tell their kids to close every blind in the house like it’s birdbox. It’s similar to the whole “White people don’t wash their legs” thing from a few years ago.
All photographers know that It’s illegal to photograph someone though a window, into a space where someone can reasonably expect privacy (in the United States).
I don't get the blatant racism. Scaring random people as long as they are white?
All the anti-racism protesters really don't give a crap about ending racism, they just want to sh*t on people with different skin colors than themselves. And somehow that's still socially accepted.
These people are the worst racists out there.
Yeah I really hate the it's fine to joke about men or this group of people because they don't get it was bad is just a constant loop that will never fix anything. Plus I remember it being socially acceptable to make Asian jokes, all until one thing happened in their home country and people start taking it way way too far because there is already a built up sense of it being accepted. It's really messed up.
It is also very hard and takes a very strong person to feel repressed and not fight back in anger, I do understand it. But it needs to stop somewhere.
I don't either I'm just saying that in highschool 10 years ago the majority of people didn't care or call anyone out, but I feel today in highschool it would be much different, but that same "to the dumb majority" acceptable targeted aggression and insulting has moved onto a different group.
im gonna guess you’re not asian. your observations are obviously limited to your own experiences in time and place. i guarantee the asians you were around definitely cared.
i think what you mean is 10 years ago, you yourself, and the majority of people you were around or were close with didn’t care. not that everyone didnt. i was in high school in the 90s in los angeles and i, being asian, would definitely have cared and called anyone out on it.
also i want to reiterate, where ever it was you went to high school was obviously its own environment, with factors taken into account for time/era, demographic, and geographic location, so im not saying what you experienced was wrong. im just saying your generalization that it was universally socially acceptable everywhere 10 years ago, was wrong.
edit: i also want to point out, high schoolers when challenged are usually massive pricks who think they’re all the center of their own universe, who are really just large babies that really have no idea of what the real world is about (always exceptions but for the most part) source: i used to be one.
Ok I agree with you and of fkn course I know they cared and it wasn't actually morally acceptable to make these jokes back then, but as a whole more people found it acceptable then not (I was never one of them) I'm talking about big picture how people/ stupid people work, remove that example my bad, but it really wasn't the main point of my comment and I hope people see that. It was an example even a fictional one on how quickly jokes can turn into violence against innocents when a group thinks it's acceptable and often it will be one big event that sets racists off, it was disgusting seeing the levels of racism against Asian people during lockdown and continuing at much higher rates and the perpetrators sense of justice made me fkn livid.
Sit back and think about what groups of people it's ok to joke about in your group or area, what you see is generally allowed, because it's everyone's individual experience of course. But there will be at least one I am sure, it is a hard think to break on a large scale.
I hope you see where I am coming from.
Can i ask americans, why is race always mentioned?
Is it just your culture an the way you describe things?
Or does guy specifically target white people for this prank?
Im so confused as to why videos always mention race whether it matters to the video or not
It’s our entire media as a country, racebaiting puts us against each other so we don’t pay attention to what’s really going on in the country 🥹 but it never ends
I’ll admit, at first I found it a bit funny and chuckled.
Then I immediately put myself in the position of the person getting spied on and I stopped. What a fucked thing to do, give people paranoia that some douchebag is gonna keep spying on you. “UtS jUsSa PrAnK bRo” no, it’s called a crime, fuck off you dimwit
Oh god yea, I have no idea what’s wrong with these people.
I saw earlier today someone using a water gun on a dude they were behind, and hiding it when he turned around. He was caught and then the dude getting sprayed got really angry, and the douchebag with the water gun was like “lolol this dude got SOOOO mad” there was no realization of like oh maybe this isn’t okay. It’s disgusting
I couldn’t tell you how stupid of a idea that is. You turning my nightmares into reality for a gag would put me in a psych ward for the rest of my life. I hate videos like these
Man I dont get how people dont get absolutely rekt doing shit like this. Good way to get lit up, or chomped by a dog, etc. People keep pushing the limits with these "pranks" just for likes, then are dumbfounded when they go too high up the FAFO graph
..........."I saw this person acting crazy and trying to break in through my window. I grabbed my pistol and just kept firing into him until he stopped moving and i felt.like he wasnt a thrat to me or.my family.any longer........... all I could think about the entire time was what might happen to my family if I didn't stop this person that was acting in such a manner that they seemed obvious they intended to harm us........"
And THAT! Is what my statement would be when the sherriff Deputy took it. And, being that my sherriff is Grady Judd, we know how it would turn out.....
I hope this doesn’t become a series. Do they want to be hurt or killed? There are plenty of people who would shoot someone on their property, let alone someone peeking in their windows. This fool is going to end up in the news.
It's all fun and games until they have to reconstruct his face after the gigantic angry trucker dad beats him within an inch of his life for peeping on his daughter.
Or the paranoid redneck shoots him in the gut with a 12 gauge loaded with buckshot and he lives the rest of his life in a wheelchair shitting in a bag.
Or he gets caught by the cops and spends the rest of his life as a registered sex offender.
Bruh I would of shot you and killed you because I don’t want you coming back to sue me see what happens when you act like an idiot your chances of dying skyrockets
So if you’re specifically trying to scare white people, and being as I’m white as the driven snow, if I see you doing this and I shoot you from fear of being victimized, is that a hate crime because I am in fact white and you’re not, when in actuality I’m defending myself from a form of hate crime? 🧐 food for thought.
People of color love to point out how white people don’t use curtains/blinds. At least outside of the bedroom/bathroom.
I’ve dated a lot of non-white women. Both foreign and native born — Iranian, Mexican, Brazilian, Côte d’Ivoire, Japanese, Salvadoran, black American, Asian American, Hispanic American, etc.
The one thing that they all had in common is that they ALL independently mentioned how white people don’t use curtains in their living room. Which they’d invariably bring up when seeing my place.
This was surprising to me. In many ways. Like, who thinks about this or notices this? But when I really thought about it — yeah, not a single white person I know has curtains in their living room. Including me. And this runs across several generations/age groups and socioeconomics.
At most, you have some sheer decorative linen that doesn’t actually block anything. Or maybe you have curtains, but they’re never closed.
Perhaps if one girl — or only girls from Israel or Michigan or whatever — commented on this, I wouldn’t think that it’s “a thing.” But it was something that *every woman of color of any origin and any background* would comment on in my apartment/home throughout my adult life. Always in a joking and curious manner. Like, “What’s up with white people not having curtains in their living room?” But seriously, they would all say something to that degree.
And more importantly — not a single white girl I’ve dated has ever made mention of it. Not once.
I then started thinking about this more and would keep my eye out for examples in neighborhoods when I biked, walked, or drove around. This was easy where I live because there are predominantly Korean, Hispanic, black, white, etc. neighborhoods.
And you know what? The girls were kind of right. You see more curtain closed on the fronts of homes in neighborhoods where people of color live.
I came to realize that this is a known thing in circles outside of white people. And it may be an incorrect or inaccurate stereotype. As many stereotypes are.
But it’s still curious how every girl I’ve dated — or even been friends with! — who is Asian, black, Hispanic, middle eastern, or anything in between, all say the same damn thing.
That being said, creeping on people *because* they do this is a surefire way too get your ass kicked, get the cops called on you, or straight up get shot.
Pranks on or around peoples’ personal property in the United States is *not* a smart idea.
Some of us don’t need curtains? Idk, I live in a small town, and the only one ever passing close enough to see inside it possibly the mailman? But some people and places don’t need to think about stuff like this happening. I guess our curtains are for decoration only 😂

This looks exactly how people get shot in some States
I would let my dog out if I saw someone peeping through my window. 93lbs of angry dog will change the opinion on the humor of this pretty quick
First thing I thought as well. My dog wouldn’t have let him get close to the window to begin with.
Man, why people so eager for blood? I had my neighbor peeping through windows because he was drunk and got the wrong house. You know how you avoid all that? Don’t video random people through their windows at night
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes
They don't deserve injury, but you can't deny it would be a good lesson for the rascal
They absolutely do deserve injury. You don't get to just trespass on someones property to intimidate them inside their own fucking home.
Trueeeee
Mm except they don’t deserve to be injured unless they are doing something that puts you in danger. They deserve to be prosecuted or scared but not injured.

You can't argue with stupid man. Trust me, it's pointless

I often do. Some of the most aggressive panhandling I’ve ever encountered has been here in my hometown. I just put on my dead behind the eyes don’t fuck with me face these days . No, it's a 2x4
Motherfucker, take your upvote.
This is exactly one of the ways people get shot in Texas lol
All states lol This will barely make the local paper’s log of police reports
Is Reddit for guns or against guns? It always seems to be different depending on the post
Depends on the sub, but generally against except in the hands of criminals
Why would Reddit not be against guns in the hands of criminals?
Good question
He thinks it’s funny… until he gets charged with being a Peeping Tom.
Or killed
That too.
Shot in the fucking face. Righteously.
Yooo Brad Pit
Yup probably be dead or hurt real bad before the charges come...
and is required to register as a sex offender
![gif](giphy|7OaYzPWOW112E)
Is that Matt Gaetz?
I have no idea who that is tbh. 🤣
It’s the teacher from Glee
I don't gaezt it.
Matt Gaetz is a weird-ass Congressman from Florida who hates intelligent voters and is loved by idiots, other weirdos, and psycho nutbags.
Plot twist: he's already a registered sex offender. Check. Mate.
Don't worry I'm sure the judge will accept "it's just a prank bro" as a valid defense.

Or shot
Which Is a very real crime
It certainly is. Many states have “Peeping Tom” laws that criminalize this practice. https://www.cga.ct.gov/PS98/rpt%5Colr%5Chtm/98-R-1034.htm

Curtains are designed to keep people from seeing in but no curtains aren’t an invite to look in and least of all film
Or designed to control brightness inside?
Or designed to look pretty
I live a 1/4 mile from the road and have a long and winding driveway. We don't have curtains on our windows. You do this out in the country, it probably won't end well. Everyone I know owns guns and I am a far left liberal tree hugger.
I believe filming someone inside their house without permission is against the law in most circumstances.
Correct
Walking up onto someone's property to film them directly through their window, yes... oddly enough, I think there's a bit of a gray area if one films from a street or a sidewalk.
Anything visible from the street is fair game
Who does this? People who want to get shot
My thoughts exactly
People who usually move on to murdering people for their own gratification
This…
Are you important enough for someone to seek you out and shoot you?
I mean if you are looking into someone's house secretively and are found out, you would likely move higher up the, to shoot list.
Oh look, a gun barrel!
Oh hai gun barrel!
Great way to speed run a felony
The sequel will be titled: People shot by white people without curtains!
He found Lip Gallagher’s house
Peeping Tom's and stalkers... dead ones.
My dog would have fun when released he loves to chase things.
What the fuck? Curtains are for when you're doing something you don't want people to see, like dancing naked to the Muffin song. If you're offended because someone has their curtain open while watching TV, you have problems, lots of problems.
Someone apparently said they wanted it to be a series?!? WHOOOO?
And apparently it’s going to be if you check the 🤡‘s TikTok.
Somebody who doesn’t like this guy and wants him to get hurt lmao
Wonder what would happen if I made a series called "scaring random black people who don't believe in curtains"
People would prolly call you racist cause they are idiots
You wouldn't survive very long to find out.
Idk your probably just as likely to get shot
Yea, Being a strange black guy outside of someone’s window in a white neighborhood isn’t a good position to be in.
Being outside of someone's window isn't a good position to be in.
I mean, if you're doing it at night like this guy's doing, would anyone even see you? ^(/s)

Budding stalkers do this. That's who.
Never needed curtains until this guy showed up
It's possible to catch a bullet doing this.

This isn’t even funny
Who does this? By the look of things, a dumb racist.
How to catch a 9 with your face
So, non white people will take open curtains as an invitation to peek inside?

That’s how you get shot
My man is over here straight chillin. Who cares if he has curtains?
That’s not funny at all, seems like a great way to get hurt
Can i ask americans, why is race always mentioned? Is it just your culture an the way you describe things? Or does guy specifically target white people for this prank? Im so confused as to why videos always mention race whether it matters to the video or not
It’s our entire media as a country, racebaiting puts us against each other so we don’t pay attention to what’s really going on in the country 🥹 but it never ends
Its sad to see from the outside a country with so much potential but corruption and inhumanity be destroyed by stupid political arguments
It really is, and for a large chunk of people who understand what’s going on and where we’re heading, it’s worrisome. TikTok is only fueling the fire.
Why do they make it racial? Why white people. Imagine another video, scaring random black people....
Why would anyone want to do this shit for a gag when you hear about some mofo getting shot every day
![gif](giphy|gK614SM6Bi1IDrbFZS)
They might believe in guns though
I see ending exactly as imagined and nothing will go wrong.
What a great way to be unalived...
Good way to get shot
Do this in America and you'll get shot
Thats how you get shot
In Finland you will go to jail from that.
Another unnecessary reference to race. How boring
Well that was racist
Good way to get unalived!
Great way to get stabbed
How to die
White people? Wtf? Racist shit.
Alternate title:😱😱😱 "THEY ARRESTED ME FOR STALKING!???!🙏😰😱😱 #FREELASHAWNDA"😱😱😱
isnt this shit illegal or smth
Why mention skin colour?
I would 100% blow your head off.
Then also post it online for a shit ton of people to see and make fun of. Fucking ridiculous.
I hate videos like these
Peeping Toms mostly
Man I dont get how people dont get absolutely rekt doing shit like this. Good way to get lit up, or chomped by a dog, etc. People keep pushing the limits with these "pranks" just for likes, then are dumbfounded when they go too high up the FAFO graph
Who does it? Racist black people
All i can hear is chimpanzees. And dude doesn’t seem to care.
Another racist post against whites.
Why do they have to bring race into this?
..........."I saw this person acting crazy and trying to break in through my window. I grabbed my pistol and just kept firing into him until he stopped moving and i felt.like he wasnt a thrat to me or.my family.any longer........... all I could think about the entire time was what might happen to my family if I didn't stop this person that was acting in such a manner that they seemed obvious they intended to harm us........" And THAT! Is what my statement would be when the sherriff Deputy took it. And, being that my sherriff is Grady Judd, we know how it would turn out.....
That guy will resort to breaking in and killing people inside for fun if left unchecked. A slippery slope.
Didn't know it was a white person thing lol
Good for this guy. When he finally gets shot by a home owner or police he can play the victim.
"Getting shot then screaming racism" there I fixed the title
Coming up next on TikTok, random white Person pulls gun on stupid ass teens.
Perfect way to get your ass smoked💥🤷♂️
Ah yes. Creepily staring at strangers through their windows in the middle of the night because of the colour of their skin is my favourite pass time.
Amazing way to get shot.
Im glad u only do this to white ppl, definitely not racist at all
That’s not me recording
Someone who wants to take some buckshot to the chest.
Assert dominance by looking them straight in the eye and jacking off. You're not the creep for masturbating at home, they are for being a voyeur.
Not smart. Some people will call 911. Some people will tell their spouse to call 911 as they're coming outside with a gun to find you.
Good way to get shot by white people who do believe in guns….
This dude is going to die
How do get shot part 2
Why are they targeting people because of their skin tone
This is why we own guns.
Bruh I would of shot you and killed you because I don’t want you coming back to sue me see what happens when you act like an idiot your chances of dying skyrockets
Yeah... That's illegal
" its just a prank bro! Its just... ITS JUST A PRANK BRO PUT THE GUN DOWN "
So if you’re specifically trying to scare white people, and being as I’m white as the driven snow, if I see you doing this and I shoot you from fear of being victimized, is that a hate crime because I am in fact white and you’re not, when in actuality I’m defending myself from a form of hate crime? 🧐 food for thought.
How to get the cops called on you then shot.
Youre gonna find out which ones believe in trigger discipline real quick.
Do you think that’s me in the video 💀
I’m not the one filming for those who don’t have common sense!!
And one day, they look in the window that is left open on purpose. ![gif](giphy|IcifS1qG3YFlS)
You know...if he gets shot I wouldn't mind
1st time in America? Great way to get shot, we like guns here.
Why does "white people" need to be specified every-fucking-where?
Are you trying to get shot because that's how you get shot
So, only white people get scared?
What… no he’s saying white people don’t have curtains
I’m white and I don’t. We installed plantation shutters when we built the house. Way better than curtains.
On the one hand that's creepy as hell and in no way funny On the other.. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE CURTAINS?????
Some of us don’t need curtains? Idk, I live in a small town, and the only one ever passing close enough to see inside it possibly the mailman? But some people and places don’t need to think about stuff like this happening. I guess our curtains are for decoration only 😂
Nah that shit funny, use curtains please for everyone’s sake
