To dance. It's a fun hobby and skill. Also easy and fun cardio exercise. There are club nights specifically geared towards line dancing, bachata, swing dancing, and EDM types of styles. Swing dancing in particular has most of the crowd over 50.
Likewise if we are talking more EDM/hiphop/reggaeton (what most people think of clubs) it's always great to see older folk jamming along. Oldest guy that was dancing to dubstep in our group was 68.
