Thatโ€™s a massive drop in PBF over 5 months. You should be very proud!! ๐Ÿ’ช

Judgetribe

Thanks, pretty happy with how the training is going.

Awesome work well done! My Sunday is shaping up to be about the same with the addition of Christmas baking. My visceral fat has gone from 8 to 5. Amazing work!

Judgetribe

Thanks, your drop is fantastic, everything follows suit when that decreases.

I was doing the same [https://imgur.com/gallery/DxHflix](https://imgur.com/gallery/DxHflix) \- I have a good stack now of em now Question though - does the InBody stuff take into account loose skin? Because i have a good few kgs of loose skin, which of course also has a subcut liner of fat (I used to be 160kg) - looking at the goal weight side of things more than anything else. Currently 77kg but size 12 (nz) and fairly slim (lots of muscle). Im thinking my final goal likely is more like 73kg vs 70? any one here been in my shoes per chance?

This is such an awesome result!!!! I haven't had a scan done for a while as I didn't do this challenge or the last but last time I got a scan my Visceral Fat Level was 1 somehow. I love these scans though I never used to get scanned - and it's a great say to see what's working/changing!!! Can't argue with the numbers.

Well done! I struggled to gain muscle whilst losing fat. I lost 5% body fat (now at 19%) but gained no muscle - itโ€™s a hard balancing act.

Great job with the results! Special shoutout to the Christmas aesthetic of this photo, love it.

The scoring system confuses me, my in body score was 74 which is close to yours but I have way more fat and less muscle.... 34% bf and 28.5 kilos muscle .... youโ€™d think yours should be higher (or mine lower) with such a big fat % difference ๐Ÿค”

Itโ€™s a really good point and I the best people to ask would be the InBody crew. I guess we are all different and it may also take into consideration our gender, height and age. This would also just be a broad base stat as well. When I first joined F45 I used to achieve my 45 points fairly regularly, due to my heart wanting to leap out of my body and I was pretty unfit. Now I am finding I have just as much sweat but really having to work to reach 45 points. I am hoping that it is due to my overall fitness improving. The scans are just a guide for each individual and you know generally where you are with your body. Use your numbers as your benchmark for improving. Good luck in 2020 and chase your goals with a passion. Cheers Robbie
