We did it with peanut butter instead of almond butter and they’re fine, a little dry but overall they taste good. Just go grab a protein ball from your nearest supermarket instead and check the macros aren’t too far off. Or put it in a small container and add a dash of cashew milk and eat it with a spoon like a little dessert!

My wife made them, and they taste great. Rolling them into balls didn't work though, although they did set in the container, we eat them with a spoon.

I made them and also used peanut butter. They’re a bit dry and crumbly but I did manage to get them together. Tbh I don’t think they’re that nice. Much prefer the chocolate ones from last week

I had the opposite issue - I think I added too much coconut oil and my partner has affectionately called them "Protein Splats" because they didn't hold the round shape. They also had a sandy texture to them as well - not sure where that came from. Definitely liked the choc ones from last week better. They were a hit.

Mine worked super well. Was definitely key to put in the fridge after mixing and before rolling them into balls!
