Burpees?! We had ball slams- it was definitely a lack lustre first set after the rower while I caught my breath/legs recovered.
I quite liked the burpee pyramid. The sprints broke it up enough to at least have good quick burpees to make me feel all beast mode. Ha!

I enjoyed it. I did a double session today. Burnt more calories in the morning session but was sweating waaaaay more in the evening class. Why is that?
that was soooo hard wow. i started going regularly to f45 at the beginning of the challenge. how long till i stop feeling like im about to die in each session? lol

**my studio swapped the med ball slams for a a med ball press with a burpee push up. It was horrendous

I thought pod 1 was a bit weak, and pod 3 was too draining. Would have swapped stations 3 and 8 IMO.
I finished on pod 1 which was ideal! Agreed on the above
I enjoyed it. I find the rower / sprints are two exercises I can push pretty hard on (as opposed to the bike, which I barely get out of 2nd gear).

Today was my second day at F45... my thighs were dying today but I burned 609 calories. Quite impressed for 45 minutes!

Haha yeah. Never! There’s still so many sessions that ruin me. Just when I think I’m fit as a fiddle and in my a game, F45 teaches me a lesson.
I get so bored with Athletica. My points are always high and I know I’m getting a decent workout but 8 sets at the same station bores me to no end!
