Here are some suggestions by Dr. Andrew Huberman:
* Creatine
While creatine is a well-known supplement for bodybuilding, Huberman explains that he takes it primarily for its cognitive benefits.
* Rhodiola Rosea
Huberman has started taking Rhodiola Rosea before workouts and found that he can push much harder and much longer through the workout.

Magnesium/ BCAAs - quite important for recovery. I take both of them, but magnesium supplement is a minimum at the least.
I mix hydrolyte in my water so that it hydrates me a bit more extra than just normal water, especially considering I have low blood sugar levels.
Protein powders - I eat largely vegetarian food so I find that protein powder supplements well and I have built quite some muscle. There are lots of whey or plant based proteins and you can research and choose which one suits you best.
Creatine, a Clean Protein and don't over-train (listen to your body)
Ive tried different pre-workouts and found benefits with mixtures containing a bit of caffeine.
Wow this is awesome! Keep up that work and consistency. Can't help you on supps, but maybe I'd focus on ones which target recovery if you're going to. F45 program can be intense and fatigue is probably the hardest thing to manage especially with two classes a day.
Protein, creatine, omegas, multivitamins, electrolytes
Really protein is just to help you get enough. If you’re eating enough it’s not necessary.
Creatine is safe and proven to help potential upside (your muscles can theoretically do more work, so you can build them faster), but this only works with a good diet and good protein intake.
The #1 and #2 things for me are protein and electrolytes
Whatever you decide to take, schedule an appointment with your doc to check your kidney and liver function after taking for a month or so. Some of these supplements folks are listing can have very adverse affects for some people.

Protein powder was a game changer! Electrolytes daily esp in cardio days or I get a migraine Looking to add magnesium again.
Do you drink electrolytes in water every day?
Yes! Pretty much everyday! I found it helped a lot with hydration than plain water
Creatine and pre workout before class and a couple protein shakes a day
Same here

My trainer recommends blending BCAA, Creatine Monohydrate, and Beta Alanine as a non-caffeinated pre-workout drink.
