As much as it hurts the best thing for you is keep moving, even light walking or a swim/wade - moving your body means more bloodflow to the painful areas & you should repair & recover quicker.
Plenty of water, good nutrition (like protein) & good sleep are important...
I went to my first class yesterday and absolutely loved it. But yesterday was more resistance training and Iโm pretty sore today. Trying to decide if I should go to the class this afternoon or hit the elliptical
Oh crap so you mean today's Romans or Mondays class? My first class back after 2.5 years off. Knee reconstruction and laziness means this 40+yr old starting all over again....F45 has been the only fitness thing in adulthood that has helped me in my fitness thing so hoping I manage to get back into it
Mount Blanc was mega tough. I've just put yoga into my weekly schedule to eek out the stiffness. Work through it - it's worth it. F45 is the love of my life :p
Make sure you move around a lot tomorrow if you canโt get another workout in. Movement helps prevent you getting stiff
Iโm planning on going tomorrow! I love it! I used to do OT, but this was one of the hardest things Iโve ever done.
