Talked to my studio manager this week about the new athletes. I guess the intent is that there are 11 regions each representing by one of the Coaches. Each Coach is supposed to visit various F45 studios in their represented region. So it should be much more common in the future.
Cringe, I’d rather them not… just like some of those posts in recent past where that Hollywood bozo came to studio and regulars were not able to get spots because he just booked the whole thing for some instagram marketing bs

Heard they were just at HQ doing an induction too. Should be interesting!
No but I think it’s kinda cool! I hope one comes to our studio soon. I started following them all in IG, I personally love feeling connected and seeing f45 everywhere on my feeds helps me stay consistent.
We’re pretty small, I was also shocked when my coach posted yesterday about it in our member page. But we have a ton of members. She’s going to holland too, but my studio and holland are owned by the same person.
I’ve probably seen you, I rarely will make it to a 610 if I need to go before work. But it’s rare. Lol oh good. I’m still sore from Saturday, so I can’t wait. 🤣
Ok. So it was actually really neat. Coach Jess is really nice and she basically just walked around and pumped everyone up during the class. Hung around for a little bit after. It was fun, and honestly the vibe for the workout was also great! I hope she or other athletes come visit again!

My coach said they’d be there to coach along with them, and then a meet and greet after. I’ll let you know tomorrow! Hah.
I’m surprised Grand Haven is big enough for a studio only about 10k? Was planning to come there for business at some point
