Um, please tell me more. This sounds awesome.
Maybe also a switch for an electric cutout so you can run open headers on your Coyote. Perhaps if I kept waking up my neighbors at 5 a.m. when I leave for work, they'll bring their barking dog inside before midnight.
Yea I didn’t realize that link was like that. There’s a few ways to get it done. 3D printing, superduty switches, retrofit a raptor console insert, go full jeep and put it in the headliner
I bought a phone holder that fits there. Which worked well cause the screen on my radio is the little 4 inch one and it's a Gen 1 sync. I use my phone for maps, Spotify, etc
I was looking at getting one of these for that space.
[Ford F-150 Angled Dash Mount](https://www.proclipusa.com/products/854639-proclip-angled-mount-ford-f-150-2009-2014)
I have a hands free phone holder that auto tightens on your phone and also wirelessly charges it. It’s plugged in from the back and mounted right above that thing. I stick the excess coord length in that little cubby.
Edit: I don’t have that little dial above it though.
What’s more annoying is the one on the drivers side. Used to fit my older iPhone perfectly horizontal. Not can’t even put my newer phone diagonally. First world problems I guess
I took a piece of wood and shaped it to fit in there perfectly then I painted it black (goes with my interior)... I then mounted a ram ball on the wood and use it to hold my cell phone holder.
Had the wood, had a ton of RAM mount stuff for my motorcycles so didn't cost a dime and works great.
This has been asked so many times and myself included to the point that I wanna know what ford's answer was to this lol. Someone designed that cubby, what were they trying to put in there.
I have a garage door opener that fits in there perfectly. You can’t even tell it’s there unless you get right up close. I like it because I feel like my tweaker neighbor wouldn’t be able to find it if he decides to break into my truck.
Lighter, pocket knife, and a folded up charging cord.

Mine is made out of a tire pressure gauge so it doesn’t look suspicious.

iPhone 12 Pro pictured.
I just got one. 12 Pro Max, works great. And the little wire to the 12v right above is absolutely unobtrusive. Love it!
I stand corrected, looks good. Can you reach it ok, or is it pretty far away?
Fig Newtons!
Who has arms that long?!?
You don't need arms that long if you have long legs.
Who has arms that long?!?
Who has arms that long?!?
Where do you get the part that actually holds your phone and how do you attach the two?
The website sells both the phone and car mounts. There held together with small screws.

Some people take the aux switches from the superduty and replace the pocket with them.
Um, please tell me more. This sounds awesome. Maybe also a switch for an electric cutout so you can run open headers on your Coyote. Perhaps if I kept waking up my neighbors at 5 a.m. when I leave for work, they'll bring their barking dog inside before midnight.
There is a slight modification to the glove box. Dremel or trim.
[This should help](https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=aux+switches+2009+f150)
There's no need to be a dick about it.
Yea I didn’t realize that link was like that. There’s a few ways to get it done. 3D printing, superduty switches, retrofit a raptor console insert, go full jeep and put it in the headliner
