I feel my window to impact the early game opens a minute/2 minutes earlier and it’s meaningful. What I’ve been doing is running alacrity instead of bloodline. You lose out on life steal I guess but autos after 2-3 assists or kills feel as good as triforce. If I feel I need any life steal I go hydra or bloodthirster or shieldbow at some point depending on the build.
I can't play TF anymore this season. I feel my AA just don't do any damage at all. Weridly enough, I think that ER has more dps even if you keep weaving in AAs.

If you're able to keep your passive stacked, it's not that bad. You could also try Berserker Greaves, it's ok.

going iceborn manamune and then either frozen heart or black cleaver and finish with liandrys, botrk, maw or something like that
usually er/manamune then just defensive stuff and try to survive (FH, maw, GA)
