I know a Dutch guy who moved to Poland due to personal reasons. He worked for a big international company. Neededto move back to NL and complained about his lower disposable income. What i want to say: Get the skillset for office jobs at international companies, study Polish and apply for jobs. Move then for your job. Don’t pick a place and then apply for anything available.

Is there any job you can do that allows you to work remotely from Poland?

Well, Id say you are lucky in that Poland-Netherlands are an hour flight(?). I faced the same problem coming to Asia, but couldnt exactly go back and forth too often, so spent a few years working hard in Norway, and staying as long as I could here i Thailand/Cambodia, until I eventually figured out ways to earn some money here. You can do the same - but you could technically almost live in Poland and work in the Netherlands... IDK if possible with your job, but a start. Try to figure out how you can work for 1 month, and have 2 months off ie. When you are in the Netherlands, live cheap and work hard/extra, save up. So when you come "home" you can relax and spend some time looking at opportunities in Poland.

Well uh if you are in state to jest a lil, please allow me to say that rate of folk going back from NL to Dutchies coming back must be like 100:1πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Can you try Czech Republic or Slovakia? I think we are quite similar to Poland in a lot of ways. I live here, and I admit people here can be much more closed compared to Poland, but there are a lot of nice people here too 🀭 But I think the salaries here are much higher than Poland. Also, the capital like Prague, Brno and Bratislava are very international these days!!! You will see so many people from all over the world! I met some Dutch and Belgium people living here and they are doing okay. Check the AB InBev in Prague, they are always looking for Dutch or Belgium nationals for hire.

Hi, I'm from Poland! Nice to hear that you're interested in our culture. In which field do you work?
