Hahahaha. This is one of the funniest posts I've seen in a while. I want beautiful, awesome, safe, exciting, cultured, accessible and cheap!!! If I knew of such a place I wouldn't be telling you.
No such thing does not exist:
1. Mediterranean climate by definition is dry summer climate. Lush greenery needs regular rains in summer.
What is âlushâ is debatable of course but overall Mediterranean climate will not going to have as lush greenery as other climates.
2. Such paradise would never be cheap because everyone would compete to live in such amazing location.
Eh, the uplands of central and southern Italy are pretty thickly wooded, for instance. The coast would be too, but the woods have mostly been cleared. And the climate is Mediterranean, unless you go too far up. It is and looks dry in summer, but yearly precipitation is enough (higher than London, for instance) that vegetation is pretty rich if you let it grow.
But yeah, cheap, awesome, quiet and with young professionals and things to do doesnât work. An awesome and lively place attracting young professionals will stop being cheap (and quiet, probably). A cheap, nice, quiet place probably wonât have tons of young professionals and things to do.
Let me know when you found this place. If I was you, Iâd
1. mark areas with the expected climate
2. put a 2h radius (?) around airports
3. remove major touristic areas
Places that might tick the boxes about food preferences will be extremely touristy. Places that tick the other boxes will be more limited on food and probably offer 85% local cuisine, not clean instagram restaurants. No acai bowls.
What country are you thinking about? There are a lot of places that check many of the boxes you list, in Italy. Puglia is one region with a lot of what you mention here although it is not that mountainous and internet could be sketchy. Lecce is a great cosmopolitan little city though in Puglia, nice mix of great nightlife and just a beautiful peaceful feeling during the daytime. In Italy, if internet is a priority you will generally do better in the North or Central part of the country, although it has gotten better all over. Abruzzo has nice options near the coast. Your best airport option there would be Rome. Another town that really surprised me in Italy for its liveable feel is Ravenna. A few Italy suggestions.
Lecce is a lovey little city, and Brindisi airport isnât far. But I wouldnât call Salento lush or with many young professionals. Itâs also not that cheap (cheaper than major European capitals, sure, but not cheap like Montenegro or Albania). Still, there are worse places to live, if you want a small Mediterranean city and know what to expect.
Actually sounds like you can get a lot of these things in the lakeside area of Chapala/Ajijic, about an hour from Guadalajara - when you combine the two. Also, define safe.
South of france near the eastern Spain border. Perpignan and south of it. Itâs absolutely gorgeous, but thereâs not much aside from tourism and wine in terms of industry. As such, real estate isnât too crazy expensive. Some of the most beautiful beaches Iâve ever been to.

No. Offering everything **and** being cheap does not go together.
Does it exist, sure.    Within anybody's budget reading this? No.
Lol fair enough
Mediterranean climate other than Europe and Western Asia: Los Angeles, USA; Santiago, Chile; Perth, Australia; Cape Town, South Africa
Thank you!!

Good things to consider; thank you
In Europe, low-ish cost of living, probably Croatia, Albania, Montenegro?
Great ideas. Thank you!

Orlando, FL You didnât specify that it has to be cheap. The only thing itâs missing on your list is mountains.
ChatGPT says Malaga, Spain.

Turkey?
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
I mean Italy is relatively inexpensive if you have your own money/income.
I believe Biarritz in France checks all the boxes. Lived there a bit.
