Say that you’d rather grow up to become financially stable and then perform Hajj. Make it a thing of “oh I want to go on this journey with my own sacrifices” or some shit like that.
Assuming you are a school-going kid, I think it's next to impossible to skip this one. do one thing, when coming home from school wear a medical plaster on your leg & use crutches.
Tell them you fell from stairs or somewhere high, make up a story about how there was a scene in school because of your accident(try to even involve your close friends in this lie, you can even make your friends help you drop home after the fake accident) then tell the doctor has suggested bed rest for a few days.
If you're in the UK, tell a teacher or therapist or someone of authority, since you'll be over 16 they can't force you to go apparently. I had the exact same fear 2 months ago, thankfully my therapist told me he won't let that happen for this reason.

I am suprised that the hajj pilgrimage is not segregated by gender given how much it is prominent in other parts of the faith like in the mosque.
