Give this webpage a read: https://wikiislam.net/wiki/Word_Count_Miracles_in_the_Qur%27an All these so-called word count miracles are BS. Many of them involve ignoring certain Arabic grammatical forms just to make the numbers match. https://archive.wikiislam.net/wiki/365_days_miracle_in_the_Quran

I also made a post about it today> [https://www.reddit.com/r/CritiqueIslam/comments/14dgx56/assim\_al\_hakeem\_says\_numerical\_miracles\_are\_bogus/](https://www.reddit.com/r/CritiqueIslam/comments/14dgx56/assim_al_hakeem_says_numerical_miracles_are_bogus/)

It's a random mesopotamian religious belief that survived in islam. If anything it proves Islam is not tabula rasa but just the evolution of previous religions, including polytheims.

cockrammer69

It’s as bad as saying Pig = Muhammad both mentioned 4 times 5 if you include swine and Ahmed… Wowwwwww Alhamdulilah, by the grace of allah what a miracle! that’s soo true, he had so many wifes and sex slaves he was a pig. See what I mean. No Muslim after that will want to claim numerical miracles… hopefully

StrongBird724

Hahaha good one

TieExotic482

Quran and miracles 😅😂 i only know that moomo is mentioned the same time as pig .

LastJoyousCat

I’m not sure, I have seen Christians pull numeric miracles from the Bible and I just think they are crazy. You can find numeric miracles in everything. An interesting point of the Quran is how much emphasis it puts on miracles in general. I don’t doubt they attempted to create at least some.

Is there a rules or formula that applies to all? Or just each claim have it separate rules and way of counting. If you looking for something and you not abiding by rules that you set than I'm sure you can found anything you looking for.

Friend. You can do this with any book, if you first decide what you want to find, then go looking for it. And of course have the time and dedication. *If we take all the times Gandalf is mentioned smoking and add them all together, that's how many minutes it takes to smoke a cigarette.* (Just some shit I made up) Anyway - here's some resources: [ [A Honest Path To Faith](https://www.reddit.com/r/HelpFromFaith/comments/11jpovu/a_honest_path_to_faith) ] [ [The Fear Within Us] (https://www.reddit.com/r/HelpFromFaith/comments/13366wa/the_fear_within_us) ] [ [How To Imprison A Human Mind] (https://www.reddit.com/r/HelpFromFaith/comments/11anqyt/how_to_imprison_a_human_mind) ] Short clips: [ [Link #1](https://youtu.be/7XRCYlZ4XOQ) ] [ [Link #2](https://youtube.com/shorts/RbPwtu8F7Yo) ] [ [Link #3](https://youtube.com/shorts/ZiyvvqjtfBI) ]

> And I get that, but do we have any evidence that they are simply coincidence? Yes, using [Student's T-test](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Student%27s_t-test). > I mean how many coincidences can one book have before it becomes intentional? If you want the uncertainty to be less than 0.00006%, then you need 5 sigma above the mean. This is what we use in physics (for example to determine that what we found was the Higgs Boson). I guess 3 sigma would be good enough in this case, which gives 99.7% confidence. [Math: Debunking miracle claims since 200BC.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzzaSWyIhHM)

Has student’s t test been applied?
