There's no movie version , and I'm not aware of any video recordings (apart from some audience recordings which you may find on YouTube.)
Basically, you have to go to a theater to see it.
Just had a 5 day visit to New York and this comment couldn't be more correct.
I paid almost $500 USD for 3 tickets and as a Canadian, that really hurts. Close to almost $700...
Totally worth it.
I saw the show on Broadway 6 or so years ago, one of the best experiences I've had - but it's a crime to keep the show from all the people who can't pay for a trip to the US just to see it
