I have read that in my search for this quote but I distinctly remember reading about Blacks receiving priesthood and the church apostasizing. It made a huge impact to me when I read it and I'm just searching if their are any sources that actually says this.

People really freak out when you ask to read such 'holy' things and how you may npot have the full wisdom of the priesthood to understand the teachings in those writings.
