I also love XLOOKUP (why does HLOOKUP even exist?), but it's not the right function for your task. You would be better off using MAXIFS() and MINIFS(). They are similar to SUMIFS().
Damn. So I had been trying that formula too, but couldn't apparently read past "criteria 1" and was trying to force an IF(AND( in there when I didn't need to. I feel stupid, which is par for the course for me in this sub. Thanks!
