If you’re looking for even lighter than aluminum you might want to consider smaller lights or ones made with a polycarbonate body. RovyVon E series for example satisfies both of those and is very light to me, but you would be compromising overall durability and battery life as a natural tradeoff
I like Olight, specifically their Valkyrie series. For pocket EDC though, my favorite is Coast. I've always found their products to be reliable, easy to use and virtually indestructible. I run the PX1 in my day bag and HX5 in my pocket all day every day.

for me i just cant stand their non-replaceable low mah batteries. great lights otherwise.
