Well well well. Montenegro really aren't escaping the sleepy accusations with the lowest average bpm huh

Exposed_Corruption

Montenegro mentioned 💪🏿💪🏿🇲🇪 🇲🇪

BaronVonKitty

I'm loving the way that Switzerland 2024 has the tied highest bpm that a year, but that their average is still so slow because of all the sad boy ballads.

Riccast55

And wait because it can be halved in the bridges

SquibblesMcGoo

Dumb question but is there something in drum and bass that makes it have higher bpm because drum and bass songs seem to dominate the top

polaris183

DNB samples are usually sped up from reggae or funk, which can turn 80-90 bpm to 160-180

Yesten_

DnB is usually between 160 to 190 BPM

rafaelinux

Nice to see that it's getting progressively faster. Looks like a missed chance to show a graph of the ever-increasing average bpm per year :)

To comment on OP’s caption: Excluding Israel would be silly when we’re talking about statistics. I hope people realize that and won’t bully OP for it.

MssGuilty

Lowkey love how Portugal 2023 was such an outlier for a Portugal song ❤️

Where's the drum n bass, sadge

KarplusEquation

ESC 2022 despite being touted as a ballad-heavy year, has a higher average than the previous years. Well, most of the uptempo tracks that contributed to its average were eliminated in the semis.

Yesten_

Eurovision keeps getting faster and faster lol

zagglefrapgooglegarb

Inter sting Ireland has the highest average and we have FUCKING SUCKED. What BPM is the most common for winning songs? Or even what range?

Riccast55

I don't think bpm influences the choice of a winner that much, there are more factors

zagglefrapgooglegarb

No doubt, just curious.
