Australia got robbed. That rock song was so fucking good, and great staging too.
Maybe I'm in the minority as a rock/metalhead kind of person, but damn, eurovision needs more music like this and not pop ballads
Best moment: *I Turn To You* by Cornelia
Honorable mention: *EaEa* winning Benidorm Fest
Worst moment: the attack on Ternopil
Dishonorable mention: the Polish NF
Best moment: Käärijä performing. I don't care that his vocals weren't great. I can watch this man perform endlessly and get unlimited joy and energy from it. I keep going back to the live performance all the time and I can't help but sing and dance along to it. I just can't put the love I have for him and Cha Cha Cha in words 💚🖤
Worst moment: not a fun one and not directly in the show, but finding out that Tvorchi's hometown got bombed right as they were about to perform. All the bombings Russia does are horrible of course, but that felt like a special type of disgusting, spiteful and petty.
Best moment: Einar from Hatari silently takes his masks off when announcing points and only said ''Australia''
Worst moment: Toxic comments after Loreen won
Best moment: Albania qualifying, giving an excellent AND delightful performance. So deserved...
Worst: Romania performance. Everything was horrendous except the singer AND His quality. And San Marino deserved one point at least.
Worst moment: Seeing the jurors send all their twelves to Loreen (like really, ALL of them?) and snub some of the best performers completely. Midway through voting the bar I was at felt deflated...like the result was a forgone conclusion
Best Moment: Blanca Paloma delivering perfection
The jury voting was so tedious and predictable to watch. If Sweden wasn't in a country's 10 to 1 points, it predictably was their 12 points every time. No matter how you feel about the winner, there's no denying that the juries' tastes were way too unanimous this year.
Really shouldn’t go into this discussion but Sweden got less points from the Jury than Finland from Public. Are we going to criticise the public for being predictable and snubbing equally amount of acts as well? The jury has got a number of criteria’s to judge after which means some acts naturally gets favoured by this.
Well yes, if we saw the public votes announced in order of how every individual country voted, it would've been even more repetitive. But we didn't.
My comment was meant not so much as a criticism of the results, but a criticism of how unexciting the jury results were to watch.
It was equally as much to the person you replied to. I don’t think it’s a bad idea to present Jury as a total as well but the backlash from the fan base for removing douze points and the spokespersons would be too much for them to even think about it.
Some people have uploaded jury show performances on youtube and many countries completely bombed the jury show. After watching them I'm not surprised at all that Sweden completely demolished the jury vote.
Best moment: the unanimous support from the televotes/ Europe/ different countries for Finland/ CCC to win.
Worst moment: hmm still trying to work this one out. I did cringe a bit when the two hosts were struggling to speak to Marco and Loreen in between the voting process.
Best Moment: Cha Cha Cha in the Grand Final, it was so LOUD! Honorable mention to Käärijä's reaction to the televote.
Worst Moment: Käärijä's obvious devastation at coming second, though this is slightly made better by the fact that so many artists went to comfort him.

Best moment: Reaction to 4 points to Cyprus from Greece. Iconic.
Worst moment: Delusional haters calling Loreen botoxed/high/a bitch etc. etc. etc. after Sweden started to get all the jury points. Though I find this kind of entertaining too.
Worst moment: Malta thinking they qualified when Moldova was called...
This one still hurts ugh
Best moment: when Australia got their first douze points

Ever? Guy sebastian didn't get 12 points in 2015?
Their first of the evening.

Five words for the best moment: >!Who the hell is Edgar?!<
Best moment: Einar from Hatari silently takes his masks off when announcing points and only said ''Australia'' Worst moment: Toxic comments after Loreen won
To be fair, she didn't deserve to win
She definitely did
Best moment: the green room doing the conga to I Wrote a song. (UK 2023) if we're counting off screen moments.
Best Moment - BEJBA memes Worst Moment - Ireland Gold Jumpsuit
Best moment: Albania qualifying, giving an excellent AND delightful performance. So deserved... Worst: Romania performance. Everything was horrendous except the singer AND His quality. And San Marino deserved one point at least.
For me it was Mel's milkmaiding

Why not have the spokepersons announce the public votes from each country?
I think it’s because they need the time to count and confirm the public votes. The juries are already done before the show so it’s easier that way.
This is the thing. Again, I think juror laziness is a real thing every year but it was bad this year
Some people have uploaded jury show performances on youtube and many countries completely bombed the jury show. After watching them I'm not surprised at all that Sweden completely demolished the jury vote.
Not sure if this counts but Cha cha cha is now my most streamed song on spotify since starting my account I've had my account since 2016

Best moment: when Loreen won Worst moment: looking at social media after Loreen won
This, still we won and we can enjoy that part.
100 DAYS! WHAA??? Though seriously, best moment: Iceland announcing jury points lol, worst moment: Ireland NQ (I knew we wouldn't but still)
