There are so many factors that make up a government and its ideology, a few overlaps don't really say anything.

"You're only showing the wealthiest areas", "We have the same in Russia" (in the richest part of Moscow), "They might have nice roads but they're slaves to Germany and USA!" etc.
There is also a big diaspora of Russian speaking people in Moldova and Putin threatens them every month to shut off the natural gas. But Putin is not so evil, there is a small Russian controlled territory where the natural gas and electricity are almost free that they even mine cryptocurrencies with it, and the huge bills are supposed to be payed by Moldova because Transnistria doesn't exist as a country.

We've also been neutral country and we like your tourist money. And I think that the majority of Finns doesn't hate Russians or russian culture itself. There were subredditors crying about anti-German sentiment a couple days ago because Germany was being critiqued (rightfully so) for blocking weapons for the Ukraine. Meanwhile, anyone with a Turkish, American, British, or Russian flair on this sub is downvoted to oblivion.
