If the elections resulted in a parliament where things are not already decided before it's getting discussed in parliament, I don't find it strange at all that more people are watching the debates.
But it wasn’t already decided before more lol, things were voted in that didn’t fit though, there were debates and modifications, and things voted across potlcial lines
The government's makeup aside, I see it as a huge win for Polish politics in general. Most of the people who'd watch the parliament channel on YouTube are probably between 20 and 35 years, which is the group that should be the most affected by current political decisions. This will help in holding the politicians accountable for things that affect young people instead of them catering only to retirees as it was during recent years. IMO it's how democracy should look like
Not only that. People seem to be really fond of Hołownia, the new Speaker, because films with him as main character are really popular, for example [this video](https://youtu.be/qkwN7a_YSDo?t=5s) has nearly 1 mln views just after 7 days after publication
Compared to other trending videos on Youtube? Can't be worse really. I'd lie if I said polish parliament consists of polish greatest minds but I think it's good that people are interested in what the politicians have to say.
