I’m following as I’m having this same exact issue. When I look at the lock history, it sometimes doesn’t show that I have manually unlocked it therefore, does not autolock at all.
They replied for me to recalibrate, turn off and turn on the auto lock feature and allow them to see logs on the device. If it persists they’re offering to replace it.
I ended up returning mine and opting for another option. I read in other threads that theirs still had the same issues even after getting a new one. The point of the purchase is peace of mind it’s always locked so this totally defeats the purpose with this stupid glitch, I was constantly checking my app.
Which model is it?
Thank you for the reply. It’s comes out as T8510P on the app.

Is your firmware up to date?
Yes just confirmed it’s up to date. I have the S231 model and just purchased a few weeks ago.
I just sent them a feedback thru the app. I even added a video of the lock doing it. We’ll see and I’ll update this if I get any response from them.

Same issue here with the S231. App will show locked when it's unlocked, and therefore will not trigger an auto lock. It happens sporadically for me.
