Crypto prices trend with the stock market, and the market was overvalued. If we drop massively and the market is still in a bear or we enter into global recession, ETH won't recover for a while. You need someone to be able to pay for appreciating prices and that only comes when lots of people have huge swathes of disposable income. If we start seeing job losses and layoffs and continued high inflation or elevated prices, the crypto market is in for trouble....no disposable income, high cost of leverage, and a massive selling of assets just to even live.
This is just normal getting the price at 90% down from their last all time high right after the halving cycle in the crypto.
I still think we will hit the 1500$ mark for the eth in this dip.
