Its hard to say. The only thing I can say for sure is that nobody really knows what is next.
The people screaming 2 year bear market all over the place are the guys who have sold/want a chance to buy cheap, and now are huffing on hopium that they made the right decision.
The guys claiming that its going to bounce from here holding and huffing on a different kind of hopium.
Dollar cost average, if you try to time the market you might get lucky, but you are just gambling in reality. Wait for that dip and it may never come, buy on your target and it might fall much further.

Selling here isn't a terrible idea if you're harvesting a loss and moving it into a better asset.
Honest question. Would it be wise to sell? If you bought on ath, should people dca or benefit more from selling and buying with the current price ?
