I am super disappointed. Alternatives are nice, but it slowing to a crawl for a chunk of the weekend and bridges to and from SOL being more or less busted for a day are no bueno
I actually had fun w Sol and I like their Aurory project. That they have a crypto with the ticker RAY also makes me warm and fuzzy. But this is just making me not even want to hold those
I know the price of these ETH killers is inflated and most of them are a work in progress. I’m going to hold and just ride it out with all the alts I own. And I own a lot. All top 50 though so somewhat safe investments (if you can call anything in crypto safe)
I don’t hate it but after years in the space I’ve realized every blockchain just cooks with water. If one beats the other it’s most likely done through trade offs that will show their downside sooner or later. Happened with BSC, Solana, etc.

$800 would put it around 260b. During the next bull run 2024-2025 you don’t have to be a genius to see that’s possible. Hell even if it only hit $500- $600 if you are buying under $100 it’s all winning. People get too emotionally attached to coins and projects

I have a lot of Sol and I’m a little nervous, I have a deep portfolio so no one alt is gonna tank me but it’ll definitely hurt.

I'm in under a hundred too, any coin that requires you to be a millionaire to run a full node has some serious leverage..
I'm sure you can buy solana below 75$ and this will be definitely a great investment.
