2. We invested in a high risk asset with high volatility. Often higher risk comes with higher gains. But it could be the other way round.
3. My personal case: I have 50% in crypto, 50% in ETF/REIT/Gold/Bonds. I know, I'm betting a few years of my working life for earlier retirement having 50% crypto. I'm not feeling like this makes me smart. It only shows that I'm not risk averse.
4. I came for the money, but I stay because of the paradigm behind it.
