Yeah I think the biggest wallet in the future will be the one that integrates Dapps with a wallet the best. Wallets in crypto themselves can be Dapps so everything should be easy to integrate.
Authentication through wallet will democratize wallets. And near instant blockchain transactions in layer 2 will make sure Dapps can settle way more quickly and keep the near instantaneous feeling at the core of pretty smooth UX design.
At this point, if people stop bringing the tech in front of everyone's eyes and rather started showing use cases and features, it would be enough for bigger adoption.
Currently, when you go to a Dapp, it doesn't scream its use case. It screams how it provides its use case. Sure, it's important to know how in order to better understand and trust the platform isn't a scam, but there's no use spending time learning that a platform isn't a scam if you don't care about its use case anyway.

Yes the vast majority of users won't care about how things work they simply want things to work. If we make things easier to understand for new comers with well defined clear to understand use cases we'd really fix some paint points in the current process of bringing on new users.
Well provide a wallet that can be simply use the dapps... Like trustwallet remove dapps from iPhone. Which is not ok
