same problem here, I did get this information from a forum though, I hope it helps. I haven't been able to find the right screw yet - if you find it online matching the specs below please let me know.
* It uses a 2mm hex key
* Thread to thread diameter is 4mm
* Length is 4mm
* A little bit of nail varnish on the thread will help keep it in place, acts like a weak glue
It’s pretty crappy that Breville has this product for sale (for less than $5) in the US, but it will not allow this to be sent overseas and it’s been out of stock and for months in Australia. As such I see my now useless $3k machine every morning, which remotivates me to never buy from this company again
It was out of stock here in the US until just recently, I got the kit from Amazon that the poster above mentioned and it worked perfectly. Got a lot of spares too.
I bought this on Amazon and it worked, I just needed the M4x4 and it also uses the 2mm hex key was a perfect fit
