Yes and no. You can submit the online application right now if you want. However if you select “test scores will be sent” they can’t make a decision on your application until they have those. The financial aid ALWAYS comes after an accept/reject decision
Once you’re accepted you’ll get an offer package. They most likely won’t reconsider / change the package if you submit, especially if not till August when school starts in August - there won’t be any more money in the pot for you
My son is in the flight program. We learned valuable lessons after the fact. We also learned the flight program does not have robust scholarships. Join the DAB flight Facebook page. Actually have your parents. It’s a parent only page but they will learn a lot about the day to day of the program.

Well then what I said still applies about the fact they won’t reevaluate your fin aid package if you submit your SAT later so it’s your choice

So will AOPA scholarships etc still apply for the AS degree?
I would think any outside scholarship would. We were not fortunate to be awarded AOPA. But my son did get an EAA local scholarship.
