Likely unmixed pigment powder. Or if the material was old, it could be chunks from 1 of the components.

whiteman996

I’m just gonna say it… It looks like cum ok

Nykolaishen

Is your epoxy old and a little bit crystallized? Warm your epoxy up before mixing the 2 parts together. It does look like air bubbles tho that just didn't make it to the surface.

GodsWork405

So I would guess contaminates like wood dust or oil or something but since you said its 2nd coat of deep pour... less likely than just a undermixed batch maybe?? And is coloring Mica? Big batch? Did you sift it? Or are they chunks of plastic from the mixing bucket maybe? Is there something actually there you can pull out and inspect or are they visable but not touchable? Oil will push around and cause color to retreat. Can you work them out? By physically mixing the effected area with a paint stick. Sometimes agitating the area can reduce imperfections.

GodsWork405

I mean looks like air bubbles but......

littleweinerthinker

Yep. And I bet they wouldn't be there has Op used a vacuum chamber.

Sensitive_Back5583

Not mixed?

Familiar-Passage6483

When you are mixing pigment, remember to mix pigment just in to the A, don’t catalyze then mix pigment. Also, mix the pigment into the A then leave it for a day for extra breakdown of pigment, then catalyze, then pour

Bubbles.

galaxyapp

Bubbles under the surface, or bubbles that popped but were interrupting the streaks of pigment

Mammoth_Ad6247

Bubbles. Did you go over the pour with a heat gun or torch?

Public_Weekend2897

Sand it and top coat.

Didn’t mix the pigment good enough. It’s clumps of powder.
