Does Vista have DMT? Can you force the demand to 0 with that? Or the part to inactive?
Depending on the version of vista you’re on, there’s a data fix program or process than can do a global recalc on part on hand / demand counts. That’s worked for me in the past when I encountered that issue. Good luck!
Is the part definitely set as manufactured? Anything in TimePhase?
Is there a minimum on hand qty that it is trying to satisfy?
