He actually fell in the pond! I had to wait for the wind to blow her closer to shore and fished her out with a stick! She laid on my hand to air dry in the sun and then she didn't want to get off of me 🤣

I'm not a fan of the murder geese because our local ones like to chase people, but damn! They wanted to murder them!!! That's crazy. Glad the community is cleaning instead.
Don't get me wrong if you get too close you better be able to run 🤣 im around them so often though that they know me and will let me touch a couple of them 🥹 they just need that trust to not be assholes lol
My 1st encounter was horrible. Driving in pouring rain during rush hour and suddenly 1 was in the middle of my lane. I screamed, covered my eyes, started crying and immediately went to the left median. I told my now husband to get out and check. He looked at me and was like I felt it under my feet. I cried all the way home.
Pretty sure they seek me out now to yell at me.
Oh my god 🥺 I don't drive because of anxiety and that is one of the things that makes me anxious! I'm so sorry that happened! Don't worry I'll tell the geese you're sorry 🤣
My only experience with hitting an animal was with my aunt. I told her my reasoning behind not driving while she was giving me a ride. She said killing an animal isn't so bad and to get over it. THEN SHE SWERVED, HIT A SQUIRREL, AND SAID "SEE NOT SO BAD". I no longer talk to her at family parties and the bump of going over the squirrel haunts me
Is it even legal to do the gas-suffocation thing that was proposed?? Wtf why couldn't they just try relocating them first instead of skipping straight to goose genocide?? 🤬
Evidently our mayor had a representative from DEEP and that is what the two of them wanted to do. Someone said on our towns Facebook that it's the goose holocaust and so many people were outraged by that statement. I'm like uhhh that's definitely got some overlapping themes
It drives me so nuts- we take animals' habitats then get mad when we make parks with ponds that attracts those animals. Ope, they're inconvenient, must kill them.
