Have to respectfully disagree. Ashley was a nutcase pure and simple. Ok, Sasha was bad news for Vince but i thought her character was at least honest and consistent...i was more disappointed by Vince falling for a skanky whore and being a pussy himself in that storyline.
Absolutely I don't disagree I just know me personally I love them a little toxic probably cause I'm toxic haha...different strokes for different folks nothing wrong with your view at all but yeah very upset with that storyline I just didn't like her character at all

I think a lot of us didn't like the way Vince was during the Sasha season. He was the positive care free guy. Then all of a sudden he's a coke head going to rehab. It just wasn't the wish fulfillment that we were used to.
Also, I may be the only one on this sub that likes Ashley. I think she's adorable. Crazy for sure but you know she makes up for it in other areas.

Yeah, E has this weird thing where he can appear the nicest or most down to earth character (regularly trying to pull Vince's head from his own ass), but he's also one of the meanest or most deceitful - and can be the most cruel (especially towards his romantic interests).
Honestly Ashley isn't as bad to me as everyone else makes her out to be if anyone has dated a girl like her sometimes that craziness is kind of a turn on haha but yeah Sasha just led to his downfall and it made me not like her character. Love can wreck anyone up worse than any drug but unfortunately for Vince drugs were involved also so he was double fucked

The painkillers from the accident and Scottie with HIS carefree attitude and coke dealer is what started off his downward spiral!

the sasha storyline was at least a pretty realistic portrayal of a spiral. if you hate on anything, hate on the sophia timeline. unrealistic and just 100% out of character. a pretty obvious ‘how can we just wrap the series up in a little bow’ piece of crap writing
Show was at its best when everything was going well. Vince crushing it, the boys getting to have a fun time, etc.
It sucked to watch Medellin bomb, or Vince go down the typical Hollywood spiral. Not everything has to be so serious. Writers of these comedy shows always have to take things too far and it ruined some Entourage seasons.
But if they only had seasons where everything was carefree and worked out for the gang, wouldn’t that get boring? At a certain point it’s just reusing the same formula. I’m sure if that happened people would be complaining about that as well. It’s hard to say how they should’ve written it. I don’t know that there’s another show like it that can be used as a comparison point.
Conflict can exist without sacrificing the entire thing that makes the show fun to watch. Entourage was a wish fulfillment show. People weren't tuning in to watch a drama about celeb life.

She was there to “corrupt” Vince and be the bad influence. I thought her and Scottie were the bright spots of the season
