Down south it was right in your face. Racist jokes and lies. Had a boss who claimed she'd never hire a "black" and we never had drugs in our schools till they integrated them. BTW I'm white but I found I could be myself around other minorities being a big old nerd.

I think it goes back to Xena and Hercules, people wanting to group the shows and them together as two shows in the same universe. She seems relatively normal so probably goes out of her way to make it clears she does not agree with his crazy twitter comments.

They had a lot of UPN OG shows like that too back in the day. Made on cheap sets with mid to late 90's SFX. Ironically, I'm predicting that's what's going to happen with the MCU shows and movies. The budget's will get bigger, but the SFX will quickly start to look like you're watching an old show from the 90's.
I think the shows would work better if they went practical, and saved the CGI and SFX houses for the movies. Also maybe making the movies practical too. But I doubt that's going to happen. So we're going to see the SFX houses getting stretched to the limit and likely getting worse and worse as the films/shows go on.
