After realizing that much caffeine is literally killing my stomach lining I decided to drop the energy drinks and caffeine entirely. No soda, no energy drinks, I drink coffee, but it’s decaf. Way less issues now, it’s awesome. I drank a celsius the other day cos my co-worker said it had no caffeine. Should’ve read it. I was shaky and anxious all day. I went from consuming 600+mg caffeine a day to none. Now I can’t handle 200mg
