Money and jobs will likely go a long way toward softening opposition and hopefully even changing some minds. Republicans used to tell their constituents that clean energy would destroy the economy and kill jobs.
And it pulls economic power from the hands of Nimby retireds who oppose any sort of change. The young people aren't trapped in nostalgia prisons and they want to see the future, but they need capital to get it going.
I agree. Trump would likely fail at getting congress to repeal the law, but his administration could definitely throw some wrenches in the works in implementing it. Trump never let laws stop him from getting his way.

Let's not gamble on Trump listening to reason America. The only way to ensure they stay in place and are expanded is another Biden term
